"We're home!!!" said a familiar voice.
I ran downstairs to see who it was, it was my parents. They never told me or Bryce when they were coming home. "How come you guys didn't tell me you were coming home?" I asked. "Oh, well we wanted to surprise you." they replied. "Mom? Dad? What are you doing here, Nessa said you wouldn't be here for a while." Bryce kinda yelled from upstairs. "They wanted it to be a surprise Bryce." I said. "Well who may you be, young man?" she said looking in Josh's direction. "Oh, I'm Josh. Bryce's bestfriend." Josh replied. "Oh, umm...are you staying here?" my dad asked. "Yes, yes he is. He is staying in the guest bedroom." Bryce said. Then my friend Mads walked through the door. "Mads!!!!!" I yelled. I ran towards her, and hugged her. "Hey girl hey!" she said. "Oh, uh hey. What's your name?" she said asking Josh. "Josh" he replied. "Oh, ok." she said back. There was a bit of silence. "So, who would like some dinner?" my mom said. We all yelled "MEE!!" like 5 y/o. "I can't stay, I only was dropping something off for Ness." Mads said. "Oh ok. Love youuu!!" I said. "Love you too!!" she replied. "Well, I'm going to my room." I said, as I ran upstairs to my room. I hopped on my bed and went on Tiktok, and saw that I got a couple new followers. One of them was Josh. So I followed back. Then someone knocked on my door. I said come in, and it was Josh. "Dinners ready." he said. "Ok." I said as a smiled. We walked down together. And at the bottom of the steps I smiled. And we walked to the dinner table.
