Yuma Tsukumo vs. Yuya Sakaki

-Yuma's POV-

I finished getting ready to go and duel Yuya at our tournament. I was excited but sorta nervous at the same time. I've never seen him duel before and I have no idea what kind of deck he has or how they duel here. I read online about something called 'Action duels'
I don't know what an action duel is or what these action cards are but I'll have to figure that out before I duel him so I don't look like an idiot (Not that he's not already an idiot)

"We should get going now" I said to Shark and then we left into town. We arrived to the duel stadium where there was crowds of people outside waiting to get in. We pushed in front and was let in because I was competing but they let Shark in too, not sure who was duelling. They escorted us to a room where you got prepared. A man approached us "Which one of you are duelling?" He asked. "I am!" I said. "What's your name so I can register you?". "Yuma Tsukumo" I said. "Okay, thank you" he said before walking off.

Randomly a green and red haired boy entered the room who I assumed was Yuya Sakaki. "Hey, you must be Yuma" He said waving at me. "That's me!" I said waving back. "So I wanna ask you something" I said to him. "What's up?" He asked. "What is... action duelling?" I asked him.
"Oh, action duelling? Theres an augmented reality and there are platforms you can jump onto, also there are these cool action cards that do different things and change the outcome of the duel. You can grab them at anytime" He explained.

"Oh, that's cool and different" I said.
"Can't wait to duel you!" I said excitedly. "Me too! I watched your duels and you were pretty amazing!" Yuya said "And you, you were just as amazing" Yuya said to Shark. "Thanks" He responded. "What's your name anyway?" Yuya asked. "You can call me Shark" He said. "Well, nice to meet you guys! I gotta get back to my room" He waved before running through the doorway.

-Shays POV-

Yugo and I have been here in the standard dimension since yesterday and have had no luck in finding them.
This kid sure is an idiot. If he didn't go along with them, then I wouldn't be worried but I'm sure their more safe here than in the Synchro dimension.

Soon the idea had struck me. "I think I know where they could be" I said.
"Where?" Yugo asked.
"Inside the Leo Corp tower" I told him.
"Just why would they be in there?".
"I don't know but it'll be worth looking" I said. "Well, you can go look there, I'm gonna go see Yuya" Yugo said before parting ways with me.

-Kites POV-

I just want to go back home already but things just keep happening. I'm not even sure if this Declan guy can help me or if that Roget guy even could of. He's probably been looking for me. I don't think he was even going to help me judging by what Yuya had said.

"Hey, can we talk?" The other me asked. "Is it important?" I responded. "It is to me but it probably doesn't matter to you" He said. "What is it?".
"It's about the other night" He said.
I closed my eyes and sighed "What about it?"

"Did it mean anything to you at all?" He asked. At this moment I had no idea how I was going to respond because I wasn't sure how I really felt about it. "I'm... not sure" I said.
I don't want to say that it did mean something because he's me. I just think that it's strange and I would never have feelings towards someone who is a replica of me from another world.

But apparently he does... I don't know why. I really do hate myself but he seems somewhat okay.
"I know that it's obvious but I just want to be straight up. I know what your thinking... it's a weird and messed up thing, liking yourself from a different dimension but I'm in love with you" He told me.

"I love me too" I sighed. "What's that supposed to mean?" He asked. "Your not me" I told him "Now, I'm going out somewhere. Don't miss me too much, I'd prefer you didn't miss me at all but I know you will" I said before leaving the room and taking an elevator down.

I don't care about his feelings. He needs to get rid of them. It's not right because we're technically the same person but he's still not me if that makes sense.

The elevator stopped at the bottom and I stepped out and headed outside through the front doors of the Leo Corp building. I wish I was going to the roof so I could fly off with Orbital but he's not here with me, disappointingly...

I turned a corner and I was met with a familiar pair of sunset yellow eyes that were glistening in the sunlight.
I starting getting this weird feeling in my chest and my heart started beating faster. "Kite, there you are" Shay said.

He looked down at my right hand and grabbed it holding it up in between us. I'm not sure if he did that to check who I was because I was wearing a black fingerless glove on my right hand and the other me had a red cloth around his but it wasn't necessary for Shay to grab my hand, he could of just glanced at it.

I don't know why he was still holding my hand but I could feel my face heating up and when he noticed that he smirked. He put my hand down but he didn't let go of it. I then pulled my hand away before speaking "If your wondering where your friend is, I left him in that building" I told him.

"I'm not concerned about him right now" Shay answered "I just needed to find you" He said bringing his hand to hold my chin up, making that weird feeling form in my chest again.
He then leaned in closer to my face, making my cheeks redder than before and I couldn't hide it because he was only inches away from my face.

He then did what I was expecting and... kind of wanted him to do. He kissed me and I kissed back, surprisingly. He moved his hands behind me and suddenly I felt his warm hands move up my shirt.

I soon parted our lips. "Let's continue this in my room" I said taking him inside the Leo Corp building. We went up into my room. I kicked the other me out in the hall and locked the door. Shay and I started kissing again as he started unzipping my coat, then sliding it off onto the ground.

Our lips parted for a second as he pulled my light grey long sleeved shirt over my head leaving me now shirtless. He then took off his dark blue coat revealing his darker grey shirt that he also took off.

He slid his hand down my chest as he continued to kiss me. Shay soon pushed me onto the nearby bed and climbed on top of me.

-Yuma's POV-

It was now time for me to duel Yuya now. I went outside into the duel arena surrounded by hundreds of people cheering. I was now facing Yuya and I was feeling more confident now than I was before.

Too bad Astral wasn't here by my side right now since he's back in Astral world now. "Time to high five the sky!" I yelled before starting the duel.

(Time skip)

"Utopia! Attack his Odd eyes!" I yelled, pointing at Odd Eyes Pendulum dragon. "Yes!" Yuya said as he picked up an action spell card. He had a smile across his face.

I knew that wasn't a good thing. These action cards are ridiculous. I haven't really been using them that much. Who the heck even created action duelling anyway?! "I activate evasion! It allows me to negate your Utopia's attack" He said.

Oh, your kidding me... "This isn't fair..." I muttered to myself. "You okay over there, Yuma?" He asked me.
"I'm fine" I responded. Okay, but deep down I'm not. This just isn't fair... maybe I should actually use the action cards...

(Time skip)

I was blasted back off of my feet and I was laying on my back looking up at the sky in slight pain. My life points were dropped right down to zero.
I slowly tilted my head up to see Yuya across from me knocked down too.

His life points were also at zero.
That last move made this duel finally end in a tie and the announcer was saying something over the PA system but I could barely make out a word, as my ears were ringing. I got back up on my feet and forced a smile onto my face.

"Great duel" I said approaching him and reaching my hand down to him to help him up. He took my hand and I pulled him up. "Yeah! We should do this again sometime!" He said. "For sure!" I responded.

I was pretty disappointed that it ended in a tie but I at least had a great time duelling him. I went back into the room I had been escorted to before the duel and sat back and relaxed. All that duelling made me forget my purpose for coming here...
Oh! That's right! Well, I needa chill for awhile until I see him again.
