CHAPTER 10

Continuation of last chapter

"Hello, Lalisa Manoban, if you can hear me please reply" he said as he went towards his coat and took it as he headed outside his chamber.

He headed outside to his car which was in the hospital garage. Once he reached his car he immediately connected his phone with ear pod, and plugged in the ear pod.

"Lalisa Manoban, I will be on the call the time, so if you can hear me you can talk with me anytime" he said driving out of the garage.

Jungkook reached Lisa's house in a minute along with a locksmith (a person who can open a locked house), as he was sure Lisa would have surely locked the door.

As soon as the locksmith opened the door he didn't wasted time and gave the locksmith his whole wallet and went inside her house.

Once he went inside he saw that the power was cut, so he opened his phone and opened the flashlight, worried washed all over his face as Lisa was nowhere to be seen.

"Lalisa Manoban" he called with his hoarse and deep voice, as he searched for her.

She was not downstairs so he went upstairs, running in a hurry.

As he reached upstairs he saw her sleeping peacefully on the sofa, as soon as he saw her sleeping state, worries left from his body as heaved sigh.

He went near her and bent down to the sofa's level as his left hand rose to touch her forehead, the worries that left his body soon came back as Lisa was burning in fever.

He didn't waited a moment, as he placed his one hand under her shoulder and his other hand under her thighs, and lifted her up swiftly and gently.

He then took her to nearest room which he guessed to be her room because of all those girly stuff and because of the lavender scent of that room which was similar to Lisa's.

He then gently placed her on the bed and was about to take the phone out of her hand when she moved her hand to the other side.

"Don't touch my phone, I am still on the phone with him" she murmured in her sleep.

He sighed and placed the blanket on the top of her and removed her hair from her face.

He was about to go when a particular thing caught his eyes, 'A chain' which was on the tea table near her bed. He picked it up and looked at it carefully.

He then remembered that he had the same type of necklace as when he was a child his mother had given it to him and told him that she would give the other one to his fiance.

He smiled remembering his mother. He leaned down to her and kept the necklace under her pillow.

"What are you doing here" Lisa murmured as she saw him directly near her face.

He stood straight and said, "You are having a severe fever take rest"

Lisa was about to say something when he went out of her room fixing his coat.

He then came back with a glass of water and medicine on his hands. He put the glass and the medicines aside and helped Lisa to sit.

Jungkook gave the medicines to her which she accepted, took immediately.

While Lisa was taking the medicines he took her phone from the side and switched it off.

Once she was done he said, "I have switched off your phone so that no one can disturb you, now sleep tight, and you will feel better tomorrow".

He was about to leave her room, "All right, there you go again, you always leave without any words" Lisa said weakly.

He stopped right before her door and turned around, "Then what else should I do".

"I am really hungry, I only had one prop meal today which I threw up,
My stomach is upset now, you are Dr. Jeon of Noble character so could you please make a loving dinner for me"
Jungkook didn't said anything and went out.

"Aa" Lisa shouted but he didn't listened her went out of her room, seeing his back disappear in the darkness making just heaved a sigh.

"He comes and go just like the gust of wind" she muttered.

After a minute of resting more she went downstairs to cook herself some food.

But when she reached the kitchen she became too lazy on the thought of going through so much process to make a food and thought of just sticking with milk and cereal.

She opened her mobile and on the flashlight, she then took out the milk from the fridge and took it to the kitchen counter, but, "No, it's expired" she whispered to herself.

She then thought of eating the bread as she cannot eat only the cereal but there was another problem "It became mouldy" she muttered.

She leaned on the kitchen counter and, 'I have a lot of food, but none is eatable, it's my doomsday', she thought and lied her head down.

Suddenly the power came back so she lifted he head up just to see Jungkook with a lot of shopping bag.

"I am full" Lisa said putting down the chopsticks as she drank the water looking at the dishes that Jungkook made specially for her.

Jungkook looked at her and said, "It's really late now, I gotta go"

Lisa nodded and said, "Goodbye" as she stretched her arm yawning.

While going near the door Jungkook suddenly stepped on a banana peel, he looked around and saw that her house was a mess. He really didn't saw her house until now, it was really messy.

He went to her and ask," Why don't you clean your house up?"

She looked at him and started coughing, he immediately went near her and rubbed her back.

"I-I rarely stay at home, but don't worry I'll call a house keeping tommorow" she said

Jungkook stopped rubbing her back and picked up the banana peel, "If you keep this rubbish for the other day, your cold will be worse" he said and picked up the used napkins and threw it inside the dustbin.

He then took the vacuum cleaner from aside and started to clean the little dust that he couldn't see and pick up.

After cleaning the house he went upstairs and made up her bed.

He came back downstairs only to find Lisa sleeping on the sofa, he went back upstairs and bought a blanket which he put on her.

While putting on the blanket he got a closer view of her face, her face was smooth without a spot, her does like eyes, her nose which was now a bit pink because of the coughing and sneezing and finally her plump lips.

He was about to touch her skin but then he drew back his hand and slapped himself on his head.

He chuckled to himself and was about to go but felt a pair of soft hands pulling his'.

He turned around and saw her holding his hands, not wanting to wake her up he carefully sat down on the floor near the sofa and looked at her hand holding his', he pressed his lips and held her hand back, as he slept lying his head on the sofa.
