Chapter 10: Villain Encounter (2)

Bakugoe POV:

Several students were gathered in one place. While the others were trying to help four eyes... I was trying to find Deku...

...

Deku's back... Seriously at this time? If that nerd gets hurt again I'll kill him. As I kept on going an extra suddenly stopped me.

"Wait Bakugoe!"

"The hell you want Icy-hot?"

"Are you trying to find Uraraka and Midoriya?"

"YOU THINK I CARE FOR THOSE EXTRAS?!?!! EVEN IF AM WHY DO YOU CARE?!?!"

"Let me help..."

Why does this guy wanna help? But then again his friends with that nerd so that would make sense.

"Friends..."

I went silent for a second and then look up at him again.

"Do what you want as if I care..."

I then turned my back at him and kept going. Since most heroes can't come in chances are we have to defeat them on our own. The laughing also stopped for a while same with the shaking... But the screams grew louder.

I suddenly stopped when I entered the empty hallway from the other corner. Icy-hot who followed behind me was confused on why I just stood there. It felt empty even if I can still hear the screams from behind. But is it empty? I put my guard on. It feels like someone was lurking around. Icy-hot also did the same. I guess we were thinking the same thing.

I slowly started to move while Icy-hot follows from behind. As we got closer and closer to the end we heard a little girl crying.

What's a little girl doing here?

"The sound seems to come over there"

He pointed to a dark room. Should we go in? What if it's a trap? I took the doorknob while also having my guard on...

As I open the door little by little the darkroom slowly lighted up. Not much but some light from outside made it easier for us to see what's inside. Since the switches seem to not work. I kept on clicking the switches but we suddenly heard the noise again.

"The noise for sure came in here."

We saw a little girl crying and sitting on the floor while holding her legs together. She then looks at us because of the sudden sound. When she saw us she started to cry more. She quickly looked away. Trying to avoid eye contact. She screamed for help as if her life was in danger.

"Annoying-"

"We're not here to hurt you."
Icy-hot said interrupting me.

"Please don't come forward"

"We're here to help"

"DON'T COME FORWARD!!!"

The both of us just stood there staring at the child who was trembling in fear.

"Just go..."

We're trying to help why are you pushing us away-

"If it comes back I might hurt you... So please leave."

I was confused. If it comes back? Icy-hot then tried to get closer to her. Telling her that will help her. As he gets closer I noticed that the girl tried to avoid eye contact. She keeps hiding her eyes with her hands.
