Chapter 30

2 months later

Jisoo grabbed all of her things, sighing deeply as she stood up in her desk. Her mom looked at her, worrying.

"jisoo, are you okay?" her mom asked, making jisoo look at her and smile weakly.

"yeah, i just dont know how to tell jennie" jisoo said, sighing her mom walked up to her and placed her hands in jisoos shoulder making her look.

"are you not happy?" her mother asked, jisoo shakes her head.

"im happy, its just--

"honey, its okay if you're not going to tell her you know" her mom said making jisoo confused.

"mom, lisa and rosé already knows about it. And jennie will be mad at me if i hide from her again" jisoo said, her mom chuckled and fixed her hair.

"i know jennie will be happy if she knows what its about jisoo, its just business" her mom said making her sighed again

"just tell her you'll be staying here for 4 more months" her mom added, her eyes widen. Her mom just laughed at her.

"thats means i haven't seen her in 6 months? Half a year?!" jisoo exclaimed, her mom nodded and smiled at her.

"thats what she'll know" her mom said, winking at her and hugged her before leaving her office.

Jisoo was sitting in her bed, her back resting at the beds headboard as she stared at nothing, thinking what to tell her girlfriend. The last time she hid from her was a mess.

She then felt her phone ring making her look, a smiled formed in her face as she saw jennies name. She accepted it and saw jennie driving.

"you know its dangerous to drive and call jen" jisoo said, making jennie look at her phone a huge smile in her face.

"hi chu" jennie said, focusing on driving "you weren't sleeping right?" jennie asked and jisoo shakes her head.

It was hard for them the first time, the time difference didn't helped at all, when jennie was sleeping jisoo would be awake and when jennie was awake jisoo would be sleeping.

"i wasn't, i was busy with... work" jisoo said, making jennie look at her for a second before looking at the road again.

"is something wrong?" jennie asked

"jennie i--" jisoo said stopping for a second and sighed, jennie looked at her worriedly.

"jisoo what is it?" jennie asked and jisoo hesitated for a second. Seems like lisa and rosé haven't told her.

"ill just tell you later, you're driving babe" jisoo said, jennie furrowed her eyebrows "is it bad news?" jennie asked nervously but jisoo didn't answered and just changed what they're talking about.

"i heard the new song yesterday" Jisoo said, making jennie chuckle "stuck with you huh?" Jisoo added

"its beautiful jennie, the song is great" Jisoo said, jennie smiled weakly and looked at jisoo face for a second.

"i had a thought when we were at the park, when you said im stuck with you" jennie said, giggling a little also jisoo.

"i love you" jisoo said, exactly when jennie stopped at the traffic light. She looked at her phone staring at jisoo "i love you too"

"you know im starting to think it is bad news" jennie said, making jisoo chuckle a little, the two talked for minutes until jennie reached her office.
