Fenriz & Daughter Martha ; Room 666 (The Prequel)

It's 2002.

Fenriz is an old man who works at Hotel Revelation, Haiti as the porter.

He had a young daughter named Martha who was working as the waiting staff in the same hotel.

Martha was told that her mother passed away due to a cancerous tumour when she was young.

On April 19th 2002,
A man arrives at the hotel.
He is greeted by Martha.
Martha's charm intrigues him as he is being led to Room 666.

He was in Haiti for a business convention to deal and invest in Cola Couronne.

Two days passed,
The visitor and Martha start ripening closer.

On the night of April 21st, the visitor invites her over to his room to spend the remaining two nights with him.

Martha weaves a lie to Fenriz that she needs to work overnight as demanded by the manager.
After initial reluctance, Fenriz is convinced.

The visitor leaves on April 23rd, his last day at the convention.
Assuring Martha that he'll return. Leaving a contact behind.

3 weeks later, May 14th.
Martha is found out to be having a child.
She gets fearful as Fenriz didn't know about her relationship with the visitor.
She tries contacting the visitor but it's all vague.

May 15th, the next day.
She visits her father during the day work.
He was present in Room 666, inspecting the room for any material leftover by the guest.

Gathering all the courage she had, ultimately she opens up to her father.

Fenriz was appalled. He stumbles on the bed. His brain couldn't process the further action for a moment.

Martha tears down.
Fenriz stands up, reaches the door and locks it.

"When I held you in my hands for the first time, I only wished that your journey should never be the same like your mom.", Fenriz says with a trembling voice.
He continues, "When you weren't born, she ran away with an unknown. After almost a year and a half, she returned. Returned with a child in her arms. Returned with you, Martha."

Martha continues to silently listen in shock and distress.

"And then your mom died. Not off the tumour that you have always known. But by my hands. In the stream, drowned to death. The consequence of dismay.", he adds proudly.

The world had turned upside down for Martha twofold in moments.

Fenriz starts to approach Martha.
Martha takes steps back as he approaches her. He continues, "And now, my nightmare has come to the daylight. I only wished that your journey may never be the same as your mom. But you reflected on your mom. The dismay."

Pushes her outside the window.
*scream ends to silence*

PRESENT DAY
November 29th 2020

".....the Hotel was taken under official custody and discontinued. Until 2005 it started again after clearance from the authority.", Fenriz states.

" What happened to you?", I asked.

"Prisoned, where I died a year later.", replies Fenriz.

"So why me?.....", I shouted.
".....It could have been anyone over the years to take her soul away. All being your deeds, so why she chose my skin?", I asked in resentment.

Fenriz slowly approaches me and mummers, "Because the visitor.......
.................was your Dad."
