Yerin’s POV

We were silent in the car without anyone talking. Taehyung kept driving with his cold face. I release a small sighed and looked outside the window.

I kept thinking about what he said before. Was he really didn’t want this child?? No!! I know that he’s not like that. He just had problems that keep bugging him. I will give him more time.

My eyes suddenly caught a fried chicken stall at the end of the street. Suddenly I was craving to eat that. I want to ask Taehyung but looked at his face make me keep my craving away.

Yerin - mashikaetda…. (It looked delicious..)

I speak slowly as I don’t want Taehyung to hear it. Our car already passed that stall and I feel sad out of sudden.

Suddenly Taehyung make a u turn and he really stopped in front of the Fried Chicken Stall. I looked at him and he still with his cold face.

Taehyung - If you want it tell me..! Go buy the chicken for the kids too..

He gave me his money and I smiled looking at him. I really touched when he stopped at the stall because of me.

Yerin - Its okay I can use my money..

Taehyung - You think I cant afford to buy you and the kids fried chicken!??

I took his money and get inside the stall. I already make my order and I have 10 minutes before the chicken ready.

Yerin - see… your father loves you so much…don’t worry…

I touched my belly and I cant wait to enjoy my fried chicken.

Suddenly my buzzer was ringing and it showed that my chicken was ready. I paid the money and get inside the car with a bright smile.

Taehyung was talking on his phone when I enter the car. He quickly end his call when he saw me.

Yerin - Gomawoyo oppaa….

I smiled to him and he just nod. We continue our ride back to our home.

Author’s POV

They both arrived at their house. Taehyung walked inside while Yerin following him from behind with fried chicken on her hands.

In the house, Eunha was playing with Taeyong and she was surprised when the door was open.

Taeyong - Appaa!! Look I made a tower from lego..!!

Taeyong ran to his dad excitedly but his father didn’t give a good reaction to him.

Taehyung - I’m tired..later okay..

Taehyung walked passed Taeyong and his eyes caught Eunha who was standing smiling at him.

Eunha - Nice to meet you again Taehyung-ssi..

He just nod slightly to her as he knew that Eunha was Yerin’s friend. Then he went straight to his room upstaire.

Eunha felt awkward when Taehyung didn’t reply her greet before.

Eunha - Maybe he is not in the mood..

She walked to Yerin who was putting the fried chicken on the table.

Eunha - Yerin-aa gwaenchana?? How about the check up??

Yerin - I’m okay…it just because I’m pregnant..

Eunha - Really??

Yerin smiled at her and the both hugged each other. Eunha was so happy because she liked kids so much.
