The main reason why i chose not do shin godzilla or godzilla 2014 2019 2021 earth godzilla is because hesei millenium & the films from the 60s 70s & before are being ignored.
Its like newbie Godzilla fans haven't seen the films from way back.
I grew up with those films (i'm born on 12/25/93) so i decided i'm not doing it.
More importantly tearju is ignored again by fanservice shit hardly any tearju romances
