Jungkook's playing on his Switch, lying on the couch, while Seokjin washes the dishes in the kitchen. He's singing along a CL song while Jungkook focuses, teeth lightly biting his tongue. It's one of their usual nights, Jungkook did the laundry and cleaned the bathroom, while his brother cooked.

It would be absolutely normal if Seokjin hadn't stopped his impromptu kitchen-noraebang session, scratching his throat.

"Kook-ah?" He calls, and Jungkook hums. "Remember when you told me your boss asked you to decide when your vacation week was so he could plan the timetables ?" Jungkook hums again. "Would you mind going camping with me next month?"

Jungkook pauses his game, stretching.

"Yeah, of course. When exactly ?" Vacation sounds good.

"First week of June." Seokjin replies, drying his hands.

"Sending an email right now." Jungkook tells him, tapping on his phone, not asking for more details.

He sends the email, watching his brother come back to the living room, lifting Jungkook's legs to sit under them. He's smiling, lips pursed, looking mischievous.

One should always ask for more details when it comes to Seokjin.

"What? Why are you looking at me like this?" Jungkook furrows his eyebrows, putting his Switch away, nervously fidgeting with his phone.

"So, we're all good for some time together?" He doesn't answer him.

"Yeah, sure." He squints, pinching Seokjin's arm. "Hyung. What did you do?"

"Mayhaps I planned something fun but I knew you'd be reluctant if I explained the whole plan beforehand." Seokjin's chin trembles with how hard he's holding back a shit eating grin. Jungkook knows him like the back of his hand and this means absolutely nothing good for him.

He groans, staring at the ceiling.

"Please tell me it is not some kind of weird survival camp week." He says, digging his heel into Seokjin's thigh. Seokjin hits his foot, laughing.

"No, it's civilized and it looks absolutely charming." He massages Jungkook's calves. He only does this when he tries coaxing him into something.

"Just spit it out already." Jungkook sighs, wiggling his legs so Seokjin stops bribing his approval with gentle actions.

"I thought it would be nice to catch up with the guys, spend some time with them. It's been ten years already." His brother tells him softly, carefully, but Jungkook still stiffens, moving to properly sit on the couch.

He licks his lips, trying to wrap his mind around the information.

"You mean, the boys, our childhood neighbors "the boys" ?"

"Yeah." Seokjin's smile is blinding.

Jungkook's mind races. He hasn't heard about them in literal years, as far as he knows, the last time he texted one of them, he still was in high school and they were in college. It feels like eons ago.

"You're still in touch with them?"

Seokjin laughs.

"Well, it's a funny story. I was on LinkedIn–" Jungkook whines, shaking Seokjin's thigh desperately. "–as I said, I was on LinkedIn with a friend to make fun of the guys who use the website as some kind of weird inspirational Facebook page."

"You have the weirdest hobbies."

Seokjin swats his hand in the air, discarding his comment.

"And then, Namjoon's profile got suggested to me. We had vague connections because he's a librarian now."
