Everyone walk into the Great Hall McGonagall tells them to sit at the tables of the house they were in last year.
Hermoine-
Headmistress McGonagall gave a long boring speech which I zoned out for, which isn't like me at all but I haven't been feeling like myself in a very long time. I only heard the last part of the speech " Let the sorting ceremony begin!!"
She called up Ravenclaw first, barely anyone from Ravenclaw changed houses about 10 people got Hufflepuff and a few Gryffindors but no Slytherin *shocker* 'Hermoine said to herself in a sarcastic tone
The ceremony was extra long because they had to sort every.single.person attending Hogwarts this year... She zoned out for Hufflepuff and Slytherin, she looked up when Draco's name was said,
' wow I haven't thought about Draco Malfoy in so long, he looks good '
as soon as she realized what she thought she mentally slapped herself.
*what is wrong with you we do NOT find Draco Malfoy cute*
She wasn't shocked when Malfoy got sorted into Slytherin the second the hat got put on. No Slytherin was going to change but by her surprise out of everyone Slytherin got the most switches, 'I won't be surprised if they kill themselves right then and there she thought
It was Gryffindors turn, as soon as McGonagall said that, Hermoine immediately paid attention. Hermoine was sad to see people leaving.It was her turn, she walked to the front, all eyes on her. She wasn't worried. Headmistress put the hat on and it mumbled for a good 10 minutes, Hermoine began to be nervous. All of a sudden it said.....
SLYTHERIN!!!!
