Today was the day I had my first pbr as a sports medic so basically my job was to tape,ice and or stretch them. I have a brother Derek Kolaba and he's very and I mean VERY protective he's married to a wonderful women name ann and she's a good friend now time for my search I guess.
Derek: hey y/n you ready for this ?

Derek: okay I'm just telling you some can't handle themselves and I'll be in with Cody and Jess in 15 to get done up
Y/n: wait who's Jess
Derek: Lockwood you know , you know he is single
Y/n: I don't even know the kid just let me judge for myself okay ?
Derek: okay see you soon
15 minutes pass
(Cody was always like my older brother between the two it was like two personal body guards 24/7.)
Y/n: hey boys ready for the show tonight?
Derek: hell yeah
Cody: I'm pretty pumped

You taped and iced and stretched Cody and Derek you about to start with Jess you can feel he's eyes staring you up and down and you just feel flustered and blushed when he says " ain't you a pretty thing"
Oh my gosh did he really just say that to me right here like right now I reply with " thank you dear" with a wink before Derek or Cody sees or hears this conversation or else they'll be protective as usual
I finish up with Jess and they all have about 30 minutes till they ride so go give Derek and Cody there lucky kids on the cheek and I turn around to see Jess god he's so handsome I think to myself... or so I thought he replied with "thank you dear and winked" oh shit did I just say that before he gets to far i mange to get a message through to him saying "HEY LOCKWOOD GOOD LUCK" he yells thanks
Cody and Derek made it but barley Jess made it with flying colours
Jess POV: this girl is making my heart beat out of my chest like seriously I need to get her on a date before someone beats me to it
*walks up to Derek and Cody in the parking lot by our trucks
Jess: hey Derek and Cody nice ride guys beautiful night out I have a question
Derek and Cody: go for it
Jess: well I'd love to take y/n on a date
Derek : Cody hand it over
Cody: ugh fine
Cody hands him 50 bucks
Jess: guys what are you doing I just asked you Somthing ?
Derek : kid go for it she's mad crushing on you the whole money thing was a bet we knew you'd fall for her the minute you set eyes on her and we made a bet. He says while chuckling
Jess: wait seriously ?
Cody: yes kid we knew it all along
Jess: anyways thank you she won't regret this
POV switch to y/n
I was packing up my stuff when I heard a light knock at my door
It was him
Jess: hello dear
Y/n: hey Jess can I help you?
Jess: actually yes I was wondering if I could take you out like on a date and I know we just met and I-
I cut him off with a "Yes, of course not to be weird but I've been crushing on since the moment you walked in this room ."
