After Xiao had an unforgettable day with Venti at the cliff, he only saw him in Liyue one day more after that. For about a month he never saw Venti. If he had to be honest, he missed Venti. A month after he didn't think about it a lot and almost forgot about him but one day his song came into his head and he got the idea to send a letter to him.
"Dear Venti,
Sorry I haven't been sending you letters but here I am! I really missed you and was wondering when was the next time you would come back to Liyue, maybe I could hear you play again. I want to go back to cliff and stay there longer together and" Xiao decided to erase that last sentence.
"Really hope I could see you again.
-Xiao =)" Xiao stuffed the letter into an envelope and sent it to his address.
He sat at the table wondering if he would reply. He headed to sleep still having Venti on his mind. The next morning he woke up wondering if Venti would reply to his message soon. To get his mind off the letter he goes to a valley to go take a walk. He walks around the valley and he comes across a river with a rock in the middle and there he was, Venti, sitting on the rock with his flute.
