Sebastian's POV :
Sebastian stared at the steering wheel, unsure what to do with himself. He had half a mind to go back inside and find Blaine but he decided not too. Even though Blaine was amazing as the Teen Angel in Grease, Kurt was there.
Reportedly, the couple had broken up but there was Kurt, like nothing changed. When Sebastian left the auditorium after the show ended, he went to find Blaine to congratulate him. But, he spotted the boy with Kurt and he was sure his presence would make the situation worse.
Through the gossip grapevine of the Warblers, Sebastian learned that Blaine cheated on Kurt. His first reaction was hope, then jealousy, then relief. It meant he had a chance with Blaine, something he desperately wanted. At first Sebastian was jealous that Blaine didn't reach out to him for a hook up but then of course he was relieved. He wanted more than one night, more than attraction. He wanted more than he could admit to himself.
When Sebastian for back to Dalton, he found Hunter loitering in the entrance to Sebastian's dorm.
"Can I help you with something?" Sebastian asked as he unlocked his dorm room.
"How was the show?" Hunter followed Sebastian inside.
"Fine?" Sebastian eyed Hunter suspiciously. He knew Hunter well enough to know this wasn't a social call.
"And Blaine Anderson?" Hunter asked.
"Flawless, as usual. Why?" Sebastian narrowed his eyes at the Captain of the Warblers.
Hunter grinned. "I have an idea."
Blaine's POV :
"What is it Chai Tea?" Blaine asked as Dottie rushed into the room. He was currently in the middle of a club meeting when one of their members dashed in.
"Emergency in the choir room!" The girl frantically gestured the group to follow her.
"To the choir room!" Blaine led the charge as the club sprinted to action.
"Someone took your Nationals trophy and left a laptop in its place." Dottie explained when the heroes reached the choir room.
"Who leaves a laptop?" Artie stared at the trophy-less case.
"Someone rich. Someone who wanted to send us a message. I got this." Blaine reached forward and pushed play on the mysterious laptop.
The screen lit up and a video message appeared. The brown leather chair spun around to reveal a man holding the Nationals trophy. His face was blurred but the blazer gave the Warbler away.
The Warbler's voice was distorted as it said, "Greetings, New Directions. You have been living as national champions on borrowed time. And that ends now. We have your trophy. Soon we'll have your title as well. A great reckoning is at hand : Sectionals. Your move." The screen went to static when the recording ended.
Blaine inhaled and eyed the laptop wearily. What am I going to do?
The rest of the day was uneventful till Glee club. As much as Blaine liked Finn as a person, teaching a club was a big ask. And honestly, Blaine wasn't sure his friend was up to the task.
"Okay, guys, sit down. We got a lot of work to do today." Finn said loudly. However, the chatter continued. "No, seriously. I mean it. Sit down. Okay, so, the first order of business today is to welcome the newest members to the Glee club : Ryder and Kitty."
The group cheered until Tina interrupted, "Wait. Don't we all get to vote on her or something?" She pointed a finger at Kitty.
"Well, Tina, Kitty was fantastic in Grease." Defended Finn.
