"Mummmm, I don't wanna go to Freyas house her brother is so annoying and she isn't aloud to watch stranger things!" mum was going to London to see one of her family members I hated so I had to go to my bestie freyas house, I know it sounds great but it's not, her brother Hayden always winds me up and she isn't aloud to watch stranger things or any horror movies!
"Look I've known freyas mum all my life so I've known Hayden ever since he was a baby and he isn't that bad when you get to know him! He's also amazing at art and u have always wanted to draw," said mum.
"Ugh ok fine I'll text you how it goes every day mum"
"Good sweetie I love you and see you soon," she says as opening the door for me to get out
"Yes love you," I said with a tear forming in my eye but Freya runs outside.
"PEY!!! YOUR HERE COME, COME IN LET ME SHOW YOU WHERE YOUR SLEEPING!"
So I waved to my mum and went inside, as freya was showing me where I was going to sleep I saw her brothers room that's covered in amazing artwork like mum said so I smiled and followed freya but I knew I wouldn't have peace without Hayden for long,
"Hello there!"
I jump out of my skin "oh my god Hayden you had too didn't you?"
"Nice to see you too" he says as we do our handshake i turn my head and look at fray rolling my eyes. I follow freya into her room as she says "Hayden asked me to give you this" she says kindly. It was a beautiful drawing of me I was shocked I took a picture and sent it to mum
*typing* mum Hayden drew a picture of me he is so talented your right this isn't so bad after all.
The next day me and Freya go to play football near a local river but something seems off it looks like there's animals floating on the river but I notice a bit of wood so I bend over to the raft and the birds jump around in excitement so I collect all the animals and put them on the ground so I can see what this wood is. Turns out it was a raft with beautiful drawings on it. Really hard I try to pick up the raft but I couldn't so fray helped I saw a life jacket so I put it on and sat on the raft with the animals I start rowing myself and I just feel peace at once. Many hours passed, and I realised it was getting dark so we walked home and had our tea it was pizza,home made pizza which is the best pizza ever but in the next couple hours nothing happened so we went to bed.
Couple days later nothing exiting happened but the next day I realise a car coming to the driveway and I looked at my phone
"FREYA, HAYDEN IM GOING HOME TODAY I DONT WANNA LEAVE!"
Mum comes out of the car
"Don't worry sweetie it's just I was going to ask if I could stay here for a bit with you all as I miss your mum freya and it would be like old times"
Of course freyas mum said yes and we used the raft the next week and found out something incredible.
