Prologue

I was turned into a dog by an angry witch but in the end it was still crazy but I had friends that went through the same thing as me and we were all angry at the witch.but she was family after.And i have a pack i lead.

now time for the story

Ch.1

My name is Carter and I am 16. I was on a hike when I saw the witch. I thought she was just an old lady lost in the woods but... she turned me into a dog. I saw a flash of light and she said, "wafa wafa erica deesu deso jffh! " I don't know but I could clearly see that she was crazy and insane mixed into one, I was about to run but then I was turned into a husky. But it was a wolf dog, you know 60% wolf and 40% husky, yeah but I looked like a husky but with more wolf features. At first, I did not realize that I was a dog, and so I left quickly because she was acting so weird. When I went back into the city people grabbed my neck and pet me like I was a dog and one tried to take me to the pound. I said "Leave me alone!" but all that came out was a growl followed by a slight bark." I was shocked.

I ran away, sniffing at things and I didn't know what to do. When humans called me, I ran away confused and afraid. Animal control was also after me, they wanted to take me to the pound. I did not want to eat trash but there was nothing else to eat so Ijust went with it and ate trash. Then I remembered what happened. I was turned into a dog in the creepy forest where the witch lived.

I went back to the forest and I heard a growling sound. I thought it was just other people that the witch had turned into dogs so with pride I growled back louder and barked, and then three wolves appeared. I was scared but in defense, I ran up to one of the wolves and bit it. It was bleeding and they ran away. When I reached the house where she lived I tried to bark and I realized that I could talk again, but I was still a dog.

Then the witch came out and said to me, "The only reason you are still a dog but you can talk is because you were in the forest." I told her that I did not like being a dog and if she could turn me back into a human.

She was mad and she said "IF YOU DID NOT WANT ME TO TURN YOU INTO A DOG THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE COME IN MY WOODS!" I said, "I'm sorry. I didn't know it was your woods."

She agreed if I could stay a dog for a year then she would turn me back. I said, "I can't stay like this for a year and if I get caught and go to the pound how will you get in there to take me out and turn me back without anyone knowing?"

She said that if that happens she has a very good plan. She told me that she would turn the boss of the Animal Control into a dog and when animal control comes and tries to take me and put me in the cage the boss will fight them, and when we get there she will take me out and we will escape through the back door and she'll turn me back into a human. The witch said that she will let me hike there and will be my friend and not turn me into a dog again. I thought the plan was good so I agreed.She also said that I had to find two other humans that she had turned into dogs and tell them the plan and be friends with them, and I said ok, although it sounded strange. She also promised to be their friend and turn them back to humans also.

I went back to the city. I saw another wolf/husky hybrid and I could tell it was a girl. I thought that she could be one of my friends that the witch had said and she was very pretty so I went into the alley to talk to her. She growled at first but I told her I knew the witch also. She promised that she would turn us back and I told her that I believed that she would, but not until the year is over. So we talked about the plan and about the friends and went searching to find one more person that had gotten turned into a dog by the witch.

"I'm Mia," she said suspiciously, but cheerfully. I watched as she got more comfortable around me. "Hi Mia, I'm Carter," I said. We played and hung out together. We went around the city, looking for other dogs, making sure that they were not real dogs, that they were humans turned into dogs, looking for a way out just like us.

To cover more ground we split up and if one of us were in trouble we would howl to alert each other.

Then I thought that I found one and I howled. I watched as Mia came running up to me. I nodded over to something. We looked more closely and we saw a German shepherd. "My name is Sam," he said, looking rather friendly. He started coming up to us, wagging his tail.

So I growled, LOUD! "GRRRRRRRRRRR!" He was confused as to why I growled. I totally forgot that we had to fill him in.
