Chapter 3 Death win & creation of a new timeline

Y/N P.O.V.

After our taskforce was declared as a terrorist group, we splitted and started to search the main building where the researches happen from that project. I really hope that we can stop it quickly. Luckily, I changed my red dot sight into an ACOG visor. I had to plan my movements in stealth. After a while, I arrived a small outpost where korean soldiers were. I was very grateful that I installed a device in my helmet which translates other languages in my native language. Anyways, they were talking about a bigger outpost somewhere in the middle of this island. With the information I needed, I quickly left the base and contacted my team about this information.

Prophet:"This is great but we have lost Aztec and Jester."

Y/N:"How is that happened?"

Prophet:"Aztec was killed by those korean soldiers and Jester was killed by their new weapon. This is the project we need to kill."

Y/N:"Understood."

With that, Prophet gave us the coordinates for the next meeting point. Damn it, only four soldier last to end this project. This won't be good. But I can't give up. I will finish this job even if it takes my life. I really hope that Shido can comfort them. Anyways, I went further until I had to hid in a bush. When I did this, a military car came. An idea came into my mind. I grabbed my assault rifle and shot at the fuel tank. After some shot, the car exploded and I ran away from that place as quick as possible. With that, I was heading to the meeting point. When I finally arrived there, I just couldn't believe my eyes. Prophet, Psycho and Nomad were dead. I ran to them and then I fell on my knees. Now, I was completely alone. This world needs to be punished for its crime. The humanity doesn't know anything except war, destroying lifes and so on. I grabbed their dog tags and fixed them on the tsuka (the place where you hold the katana with your hands) of my katana.

Y/N:*says quietly* "Peace to the fallen."

When I said this, I headed further to that outpost where this project should be. I really hope that I can defeat it alone. I am on my own and have nobody as an ally. The whole world is against me and I have to accept it. My normal life is over and the only door I can enter is the way to my end. When I finally saw the outpost, I sensed that someone was behind me. I quickly turned around and to my suprise, it was Origami in her AST suit. No, it was a DEM wizard suit.

Origami:"Luckily, I found you here."

Y/N:"Origami, what are you doing here?"

Origami:"I am not letting you die."

Y/N:"I am glad that I have someone on my side."

Origami:"Y/N, please come with me. Only we two can leave this behind. We can start a new life with new identities."

Y/N:"Origami, please don't believe this. I can't leave this path anymore. Help me or get out of my way. From this point, I only have this direction which will lead to my death."

Origami:"Don't you care about your life anymore?! I don't wanna loose you."

Y/N:"I know. But here is the difference between us. I am a hunted person and you aren't."

When I said this, Origami went to me, removed my helmet and to my suprise, kissed me on my lips. She also put her arms around my neck. When she removed her lips from me, she looked at me with a shocked expression.

Origami:"Why didn't that worked?"

She tried to seal my spirit energy. She really loved me so much.

Y/N:"Origami, I am sorry but I don't have any strong feelings for you."

With that, I turned around and put on my helmet. I activated the cloak and entered the outpost in stealth. But my luck left me and I was spotted. I sighed at this and activated my spirit energy and killed every soldier in this base. After every soldiers were killed, I was confronted by the project.
