Then

"Kara!" Barry yelled, running up to hug said girl in her office, while Oliver walked up to her shaking his head fondly at his boyfriend's antics.

"Bar!" Kara jumped out of her chair and hugged Barry, completely ignoring the food Oliver was carrying. She gave him a kiss and pulled away, Barry gave her a smile and nodded in Oliver's direction, who was standing behind them, leaning against the desk, smiling.

"Hey, I thought you forgot about me- omph!" Oliver's sentence was cut short thanks to a powerful kryptonian hug. He kissed Kara's head and hugged her back, Barry just made an attempt to grab some food beforehand. Which, of course, was a failed one thanks to a certain archer's hand, that swatted his hand away. More than once.

"Why're you here? Barry, weren't you training your speed? And Oliver, Thea told me you had a bad injury." Kara pulled out of the hug to look at both men better, she was met with an apologetic look and Barry avoiding her gaze.

She sighed and went to grab the potstickers from the bag. Barry and Oliver exchanged glaces and nodded, and since Kara saw their little unspoken conversation, she cleared her throat, making the two heroes look at her.

"Care to tell me what are you planning?" She looked between the two, Barry nudged Oliver and said boyfriend walked forward to grab a potsticker and look at Kara eye to eye.

"We want to take you on a date today after you finish working." He looked at Barry who was doing his best not to open his mouth or widen his eyes at the smoothly said lie that came out of the archer's mouth. Well, it was sort of a lie, they were planning on taking her on said date, but that was not the full reason of why they're there, on E-38. Either way, he was amazed by how easily Oliver lied. But, then again, he should have expected it.

"Great! I can't wait." Kara gave them both a really big and wide smile, Barry and Oliver just exchanged wary glances. This week was going to be tough.

Now, two days later

"This is worse than we thought"

"Definitely" Saying that Oliver and Barry were a bit, scared was an understatement. The reason they came yesterday was quite simple. Her period.

Since they had started dating they kept track of this disastrous week. The first period was the only one they weren't ready for. Her emotions were all over the place, her mood swings weren't something. . . easy to deal with, to put it that way. They didn't know what was wrong with her, that was until Alex was nice enough to inform them of her sister's little mishap.

Since then they always went there prepared and with the key to the nice cabin outside the city Barry and Oliver had bought in one of their visits there. They mostly used it when they wanted to take a break from their hero necessities.

In the morning Kara had woken up in a . . . medium mood. It wasn't that bad, they had breakfast and nothing was wrong. That had lasted until around 11 a.m with a mistake Barry made, or so she claims.

All his clothes was scattered in the bathroom floor. His shirt was in a corner of the sink, his jean was right beside the hamper, and the towel was on the toilet lid.

She stormed out of the bathroom, throwing insults to the air under her breath, to find her boyfriends.

She found them and quickly cleared her throat to gain their attention, glaring at them. Which they found really scary. After that she started scolding Barry and throwing insults at him, while the poor guy was almost going to cry. After the scolding she made him-

"Barry!" Came in Kara's voice from the bedroom, interrupting their train of thoughts. She sounded nice which helped calm Barry's and Oliver's consciousness, but they were still ready for whatever changed in a span of 10 seconds.
