You : OKAY ! BERLIN STOP !

You quickly Jump out the hospital bed , afraid that he might kill him . Your heart was pounding .. you were breathing heavy ... and panicking . As you get closer to Berlin , you try to grab his swinging arms .

You : Berlin ... YOU HAVE STOP !

You were fighting your tears , but you lost . You were just so scared . You didn't want your ex to die , nor did you want Berlin to go to jail . Putting your head into his upper back , with your arms around his chest .. you embrace him . Feeling your tears deep through his shirt , he stops and turns around to you . Catching his breath , he Pulls your chin up with his fingers , wiping your tears and says

Berlin : Y/n .. I'm sorry ...

He then pulls you in his arms , embracing you . Honestly , you never knew what it felt like to be cared about . You could feel yourself starting to cry even more . Your ex did you so wrong ... you forgot what "being cared about" felt like . But somehow, you knew Berlin cared . And the crazy part was ... y'all only officially met just hours ago . How could someone you've been with since high school get shown out by a neighbor ?

Some hours later , Some doctors came to cater to your ex . Non of them asked questions .. luckily . they just came to do what they had to do . but that's not what mattered to you . What mattered .. was Berlin . He went through a whole night of hell .. just for you . You were convinced he was an angel sent from god . He then starts to yawn while stretching . You instantly feel embarrassed . Like he literally just saw you make a "Wife" move . Instantly turning your head so that he can't see you , you say

You then nod . Watching him walk out the door , you couldn't help but to bite your lip and plop back down on the bed . The way he cared for you .. was different . He was different . Way different from the only man you'd ever been around . Honestly , even though your ex deserved getting his ass beat .. it just wasn't a god like thing to do so .
