Chapter 1- Karmas A Bitch

"Colton! Colton!" I turn to see a pretty blonde running after the schools bad boy. Colton Fang.

I stand on the other side of the hall and watch the scene unfold. Colton spins around to face the pretty blonde. "Look Tiffany, Have you ever heard of a one night stand?"

The pretty blonde-Tiffany had a confused look on her face. "Yes" she answered cautiously.

"Well that's what happened last night." he snaps and leaves Tiffany in tears.

Her lip starts to quiver and she rushes to the girls bathroom. "Poor girl" I spin around to see Allie, my best friend.

"You scared me!" I yell at her then turn towards the direction of my first period.

"Oh well you'll get over it" she shrugs and follows me. Since her first period is across the hall from mine.

I go to turn into my first period when I hear Allie "Oh Sky? I love you" she bats her eyelashes as she awaits my response.

"I love you too ya bum and my names Skylar not Sky."

"I know" she disappears into her classroom leaving me in the middle of the hall.

"Some friend she is" I mumble under my breath.

"What?" The voice caught me off guard and I jump a little bit before turning to see Colton standing beside me with an amused look on his face.

"Nothing" I hurriedly make my way towards the door.

He grabs my arm and I tense "You were probably mumbling about how hot I am"

I snatched my arm away from him and put on a smug face "Only in your dreams pretty boy" I pat his chest and walk into the room leaving behind a very stunned Colton.

First period started like any other, except today Colton sat next to me. "What do you want Fang?" I hissed

"Feisty today aren't we?" He laughs evilly.

I lean over my desk and get in his face I hear his breath hitch and I lick my lips. "I'm always feisty" I lean in like I'm going to kiss him, but as soon as he closes his eyes I'm gone.

His eyes snap open and he glares at me giving me a look that says "go to hell" I just smirk and look away.

Forty minutes into the class a note is slid onto my desk. It reads: very clever trick you did back there, but just remember karma is a bitch.

I giggle quietly and look over at Colton who has a proud look on his face. I crumble up the note and through it at his face and scoring when it hits him between the eyes.

He stares at me then mouthes "fuck you" I giggle again and lean over to whisper in his ear. "I know you want to, but not gonna happen."

Just like it was perfectly timed the bell rings. I grab my books and walk away, leaving Colton behind.
