Y/n Pov

I woke up to the sound of thunder crashing in the the clouds, and a striping glare of lightening. 'I love rain,' I whispered to myself. I soon remembered that I was going to leave to stay at the Leakey Cauldron today. My mum soon walked in carrying my freshly washed robes. 'Morning mum,' I said in my groggy morning voice. My mum giggled ,'Morning Ophelia,' She said. 'Hey! No, why Ophelia it's my middle name not my real one!' I pleaded. 'Well I'm either calling you that or fifi.' My mum retorted. 'Fifi?!?!?' I said partly concerned. 'Yes Ophelia, now get up and ready. We're leaving soon.' 'Okay mum.'

I had decided to wear a white T-shirt, Light blue shorts and A beige cardigan. I sat staring out the window of my dads white car. The rain drops rolled down the car window, like tear drops rolling down a person's face. I listened as the waves of thunder broke open through the clouds. The cars were sliding past us on the dreary day of today. 'Y/n/n  we're nearly there,' my dad said. I nodded I looked at the many buildings of London. Some were short some were tall, fat, skinny you name it, they had it. 'Here we are, The Leakey Cauldron.' I basically sprung back to life. I was so excited call me over happy, I would agree I was ecstatic. I walked towards the big oak door of the B and b. I got a delightful wiff  of Butterbeer. There was a crackling fire, a bar, long tables glazed to perfection. I caught sight of posters with a man on them. It must be Sirius Black I mean, who else could it be. I stumbled over to the poster, yes I was correct Sirius Black. 'Ophelia, to our rooms' I groaned in annoyance, and nodded turning to follow her. 'So what made you wake up and choose, violence,' I asked my mum. She laughed at my response to her calling me Ophelia. 'Well umm, your great grandma, Ophelia, died this morning.' She replied her face dropping slightly. 'Mum I'm so sorry,' I said apolegeticly. 'I was just trying to remember her, you know.' My mum responded. Oh Godric I feel So Bad! 'This is your room fifi,' she said. I nodded and turned to open my bedroom door.

My room had a four poster bed, a bookshelf, a window, a red rug and a table with two seats, probably ment for tea. I dropped my trunk at the door ,and walked over to the window. I watched as the gloomy clouds etched away to form a dark, navy blue sky with bright silver twinkling stars. It was a full moon that night, it shone blindingly over the breathtaking city of London. There was then a knock on the large wooden door. 'Housekeeping,' I heard a witch say. I opened the door with a bright smile. 'Hi, erm I'll leave you to it then,' I said while grabbing my book. The witch nodded and smiled. I walked out and the witch walked in, well she seems nice. I walked into the main area of the Leakey Cauldron. I sat on the floor in front of the crackling fire. My mum and dad were at the bar talking. The large front door creaked open catching my mum and dads attention but not mine. When I finally did look it was a family of fiery red-heads. I recongnised them as the Weasleys from the Daily Prophet. They had been in Egypt. There was an old looking child, twins, a boy that looked around my age and then  the one girl in their entire family. I turned back to my book when the twins and the one who looked my age, started walking over. The one who looked like he was my age stared at me for an odd minute. Meanwhile the twins strode towards me. 'Hello, umm why are you reading a book?' the one asked me. 'Well it's because I enjoy reading.' I said awkwardly. What an odd question. 'Well I'm Fred and he's George' Fred said. 'I'm Y/n, but most people call me-' 'Ophelia can you come here for a second,' I flushed red, as red as their hair. The boys laughed, 'Ophelia?' George said. 'I was going to say Y/n/n but um, that'll work to.' I replied sheepishly closing my book and standing up. I walked over to my mum, 'Yes mum, what did you need?' I said quietly. 'I just wanted to tell you that the grangers are-' she was interuppted by the door opening again to reveal an excited Hermione. 'Mione!!' I ran over and engulfed her into a hug. 'Y/n!!' she said hugging me back. She had been in Paris all summer. I had not seen her since we were both ten. 'How've you been, how was Paris? What's happened over the last three years?' I said. She commensed to tell me about her amazing adventures at Hogwarts. I told her that I was joining this year and she was so happy. I couldn't believe how much we had changed but that didn't do anything to our friendship. We continued to converse when her new cat, Crookshanks, sprang off towards the red head who looked about my age. 'Ahhhh!! Hermione get your vile beast away from me, and scabbers!!'

Me and Hermione turned and looked to see, a destressed looking red-head, strangling her cat? 'Ron! Leave poor Crookshanks alone!' Hermione got up and stormed over to the boy. They proceeded to argue, I sighed and walked down the stairs. I  looked and saw the twins conversing with someone, a boy, I ignored it. I strode up to the bar, 'Hello young lady, what can I get for you?' The short witch spoke in a delcut tone. 'One butterbeer please,' I managed to say, before 'Ron' and 'Mione came down stairs. Still arguing I quietly said to the witch, 'Make that three actually, please.' I grabbed the drinks and walked to a table sat them down, and walked over to them. 'Oh Harry, this is Y/n,' they introduced me. I looked up to meet the beautiful, green eyes I had seen once before, at the Dursley's house. He looked into my e/c eyes. Got up and hugged me, I hugged back of course. Hermione and Ron stared in confusion as Harry whispered, 'Thank you,' In my ear. 'My pleasure,' I whispered back. we pulled away from the hug, to a very confused Hermione and Ron.
