Chapter 7

Kayla POV

The next week was torture from the 3rd twit he wouldn't leave me alone insuring on been near me and me and my horse blue hated it, didn't want him near us or touching us it's revolting.

He said that is he can't get near me today he's just gonna put me in an enclosed paddock that I can't escape with one of his stallions, and just Ben done with it, that thought is scaring the shit out of my I don't want another horse to mate with me I don't want to carry there foal, I need to get out of here today before any of this can happen, if his stallion is anything like the ones I've come across in my time they are rude and ruthless, and will do anything to have what they want.
I might not know what I want to do about my mate but I can't let this happen it will destroy him and much as it will me, my horse will end up rejecting the foal if it's not produced from out mate. But we also have no idea what would happen if I mated with Seth.
On to bigger problems I can feel blue starting to take over completely, and that isn't good soon there will be nothing left of me and it will just be blue that's left to depend for her self, which she's never had to do before, I need to shift and I need to shift soon, she know this as much as I do, but we are also too scared to shift back, I am o my a horse shifter and we don't do well in danger, I'd rather run from it than face it which is exactly what I intend to do, an amazing smell bring me from my thoughts and I can tell it's the smell I've missed so much the smell of my mate....
I can hear him arguing with twit 1 about me but he hasn't seen me yet and i can feel blue is restless to get to her mate to feel protected, that's all we both want now knowing that our mate is close by so she call out to him, hoping he will come to her just as much as I am.

Seth POV

After having the meeting me and a few of my best enforcers are on the way to the address of the farm I need to know if she's here if my Kayla is here, I need to her and I need to know she hasn't be harmed that's what most on my mind what has happened have they hurt her or tried to breed from her.

A coupe of hours later we are pulling into the farm and there are some beautiful horses in the paddocks so I can tell this is a way to live to them it's how they make there money but that's no good enough to come onto my territory and take what's mine.

As we walk to to barn I can already sense my little mate is here somewhere and I fully intend to find her; I need to be careful though there aren't many horse shifters left so when they are discovered the can fetch a pretty price on the black market which I won't allow for my mate.

As I walk through the door to the barn I see an old looking man walking towards me.
"Can I help you sir?"
I responded with "yes a stunning chestnut mare was stollen from my territory and my resources have led me to you. If you want to keep you life you'll tell me the full truth"
"I'm sorry sir is wasn't aware that someone stole one of your horses may I ask what she looks like?"
So I told him, all about my mate and what she looks like and I can see the old wolf turn pale I don't need him to confirm it anyways I can sense here.
"I'm so sorry sir we don't have a horse that matches that description"
I growled out in anger trying my hardest to control my wolf which wasn't easy, we both know he's lying to us and been an alpha it is quite insulting so I grab him by the throat and hold him still while speak in my most deadly tone "if you lie to me again I won't hesitate to fucking kill you, now take me to MY horse if you value your life and if those around you."
He coughed and clawed at my hands and replied with a "yes sir"
I let him go and he fell to the floor, and called fir someone to take my time my mate, I gladly followed the young wolf but kept a close eye out fir any threat.

Kayla'S POV

Once I heard the footsteps drawing closer to my my ears perked up, I nee it was my mate and I was so exited but just before they got close enough I saw twit 3 coming in to my view and entering my stable he clearly has no idea of what's going on, he went to grab me again like he always does, but I bite his hand and he screeches in pain and goes to hit me but just before he could a low growl was heard and my mate came into view but I could tell his wolf had taken over by the colour of his eyes if not seen his mate for over a month and then when he does the first thing he sees is someone going to hurt me it will if tips his wolf over the edge, I don't blame him but I don't care about that now I just want to leave this awful place and go back to his pack with him and forget about this it's been some of the worst 4 weeks of my life and I've had a rough past,

With my head I nudge him when he gets closer and that give me his full attention I sake my head to show I want to go and not bother with the rest with a shake of his head he know what he means and he goes to put a head collar on me which I allow but to this twit 2 and 3 are both gawking and me and Seth since they could t get near me and I acted wild and crazy, but I wasn't theres to take so I wasn't going to trust them and neither was blue.
"Let's go home blue" Seth said in my ear so to that I know he has kept my secret and hasn't mentioned me been a shifter, which makes me wonder how he to them to let me go.
