9- Good old ashton.

My phone rings, waking me up from my sleep. It's Saturday so I was intending to stay in bed all day and sleep, but with my phone ringing that doesn't look like it's going to happen.
I grab my iPhone off of my bedside table, I look at the caller ID and it's ashton, what could he want.
" Hey ashton" I yawn.
" Hey Alex, sorry did I wake you, it's kinda important" he seemed to be holding back. " Can I come round?"
" Yeah sure" I reply, I'm really good friends with ashton so I'm worried.
" I'll be at yours in 10"

I opened to door to find a nervous looking ashton. I greet him and he shuffles into my house.

We sat down on my brown sofa in the living room, the TV played in the background.

Ashton seemed super tense, and that's not like him to be like this around me, I have no clue what's wrong with him.
" Ashton what's up?" It's really bugging me what's wrong with him, I'm worried.
" W-well I shouldn't be saying this to you but I need to explain something to you" he stutters.
I sit there, confused, waiting for him to carry on.
" So yesterday luke can back home all happy, and me told me and the boys that him and you like eachother" i just blush, now everyone knows I like luke.
" But-" he starts off then stops. He takes a deep breathe then carries on.
" So I shouldn't be telling you this but I have to for Luke's well being. So when luke was younger, 2 years ago. He had a girlfriend called Kate, they where bestfriends since forever. She was Luke's first girlfriend, and he truly loved her" he stopped.
" Well one day, luke and Kate where driving back from school and Kate was taking some medication at the time that made her drowsy. She fell asleep at the wheel and the car spun out of control, crashing into a tree near by. Kate died instantly lucky luke only broke a couple bones. The thing is he blames himself, for her death. He's never actually liked anyone ever since. Music really been the only thing that makes him smile, but when he's with you it's like he's with Kate all over again." Ashton grabs my hands and looks into my eyes.
" Alex, I think the past couple of weeks he's known you, he's really fell for you. Please just give him a chance" tears pool in my eyes, Kate's story is deviating. Luke hides his emotions so well.
" Ashton, I think I've really fell for him" that's when I break down. He wraps his long arms around my shoulder, bringing me closer to his chest. I'm so scared I have actually fell for luke, it's all new for me, to actually like someone this much.

After ashton left I needed to get out of the house, so I called phoebe.
" Hey Phoebs can we go shopping?"
" Yeah sure, I've gotta get ready, shall I pick you up at 4?" She offered.
" Sounds good"

In the car journey to the mall, me and phoebe just talked about boys.
" I don't know what to do about Mitch"
Phoebe has been talking to this boy Mitch for a couple of months and she's finding the 'relationship' confusing. In
my opinion I think he's a lying prick.

Me and phoebe have been pottering around urban outfitters for about a hour, and I've picked up about 3 things. It's our favourite shop so we tend to spend a LOT of money in here.

" How's luke?" Phoebe smirked at me. I tell her everything, she's like my sister. She helped a lot when my dad past away, what I'm thankful for. So I told her about luke and when he told me he likes me.
" Yeah, we always talk but nothing's been said about us liking each other. He still flirts, all the time, but I don't think it'll ever happen. He's famous for crying out loud." I explain, I really like Luke and I know nothing will ever happen and it's really starting to take its toll.
" Al-" she was cut off by my phone ringing, I answered without looking at the caller ID.
"Hello?" I hear the way to familiar voice down the phone.
" Hey" I sigh, It makes me upset just listening to him.
" Do you want to come over tonight. My mum and dad are out, so bring over your night gear" how can I deny his offer.
" I'll be there" I sigh again, then hanging up.

Well I wonder what tonight will bring.

I pulled up outside Luke's house, it's just a little bit smaller than mine. I slammed the door shut to my range rover and made my way up to Luke's house, from his drive.

His house had a light green door, what has beautiful bush blossoming around it.
I knock on the door, shortly after it swingings open and manifests a very well dressed luke. When I say well dressed I mean with no top on and just in joggers.
" Well hello" I joke hitting him on the chest.
I walk into his house, I place my bags down by the stairs and I slowly potter around the house, with Luke beside me.

The house has a big layout, it's been very well decorated, Modern but not futuristic. I lunged myself down on the L shaped brown sofa.

We'd been watching films for about a hour now, we where half way through 50 shades of grey. Well what can I say the film is very ' interesting', but I can't focus on it because out of the corner of my eye I can see luke just staring at me. It's kinda freaky. Luke pushed himself off the sofa and made his way over to the TV and turned it off.
" Alex" he turned around " about the other night"
My heart stop. Then pounded like a drum. Is this why he wanted me to come over? Just to talk about feelings?
" Yes" I whispered, luke probably could hear it.
" I just wanted to say" he stopped them looked to the floor.
" Fuck this" he dived on me, pressing his lips to mine. His lips tingling mine and he deepened the kiss, he seemed passionate. I felt his hand caress my head, my heart pumped with excitement. He slowly pulled away.
" I've been meaning to do that" he smirked then quickly kissing my again, this time was short and sweet.

Wow, I didn't know Hemings had it in him.
