Hey so let me tell you about everyone.
Starting from Shivaay. He have not changed even a bit. Nor does anyone in Oberoi Mansion. Everyone is the same as they were and badly miss Anika.
Ashi.
She is same as Shivaay but look exactly like Anika. She hates her mother for not being with her all these years. She is the CEO of Oberoi Industries now.
Anushka.
She is complete mixture of Gauri and Om. She want become a Choreographer. But is a MBA student.
Ashnoor
Same as Rudra. She is the most mischievous one amongst the three. She just love being herself. A big time foodie unlike her parents.
Surbhi Malhotra.
Chairperson of Malhotra Industries she started. Anika have changed her name so no one can find her. A ruthless Queen. She is not the same Anika she used to be. She have turned into a living corpse. She love both her son and also Ashi to the eternity.
Sumedh Malhotra
He is a calm and humble man. Little mischievous. CEO of Malhotra Industries. He love his mother and Siddharth like anything. A merman
Siddharth Malhotra

Anika have changed the palace location as she knew Shivaay would come in search of her, which he did. She started living in Paris the very next day after sending Ashi to Shivaay.
They didn't left any stone unturned in searching for her but she cleverly hid herself along with Sumedh and Siddharth.
She doesn't want Sumedh and Siddharth to live the life she lived so she took the to Paris. They rarely come to Sea. They were raised as a normal human child is raised.

Unlike Anika, Shivaay didn't change even a bit. He is the same old Shivaay he was. He love Ashi beyond anything. He miss Anika....... okay let's scratch that he long for Anika.
He never let Ashi feel the emptiness of mother's love. He was her father as well as mother. He let her do anything she wanted, got her everything even before she asked for but he made sure he doesn't spoil her.
Every night he wait for Anika standing infront of the window of his room. He believe Anika will come one day and after that day he will never let her go away from him.

Ashi looks like Anika but is completely like Shivaay. She love her father to the moon and back. But she hate Anika more than she love her father.
She hate her because, just because of her, her father cry every night. Just because of her, her Papi (Aarav) and Nani (Celestina) cry. Just because of her, her uncle and aunty cry. Every one pretend to be normal infornt of her but she isn't blind to see the pain of her family.
So she hate her. But somewhere in the corner of her heart she long for her. She want her mother beside her. She don't know how will she react when she will come infornt of her.
She don't know if she will hug her or push her away if she try to hug her. But she wanted her back, if not for herself but for her family.
She saw her father waiting for her at night many a times. She saw the pain in his eyes. She saw the tears behind his smile. She saw everything. So even if she hate her she want her, for her father.
