Chapter 5:

The resolution I had told her reminded me of the one fight I'd wished we never had, but at the same time, I'm happy we did.

*Another Flashback*

Lou- ''YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, YOU'RE PERFECT BUT ALL YOU DO IS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE GH LAWS YOU THINK YOU HAVE, ALL I DO IS TRY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY BUT IT NEVER WORKS!''

hay ''You're right Lou... I'm sorry I'm not perfect enough for you... maybe I'll just leave...''

I didn't realize what I was about to say until I said it.

Lou- ''God Haleigh, I hate y-yo-u''

She was bawling as soon as I said that.

Hay- ''I was right, I'll just go.''

Tears were still streaming down her face.

she started running out the door into the park.

I ran after her and she stopped by a tree.

I held her in my arms and we sat like that for a while.

I can't believe what I had done.

''Do you really hate me Lou?''

She said without making eye contact with me.

She won't even look at me.

She must hate me.

''Haleigh, I love you. Even more then carrots.''

''Carrots?''

She knew about my love for the orange vegetable.

''Yes even carrots, love.''

I promised myself I would never get angry with her again.

And I haven't.

>End of flashback<

Tears were dripping onto the photo. ''Ya can't get that emotional off a one photo mate.'' He believed himself until he saw one of the pictures.
