♡What I do when I have a headache:♡
I turn off all sound(phone, TV, fan, heater, ect.), so it's completely quiet. I lay down in my bed, put my head like half way under the blanket. Also tell your family you are going to bed so they don't come into your room. If it doesn't help, I usually take some meds. I have headaches very often so I do this a lot.♡What I Got From Google:♡
•Drink a glass of water as soon as you notice the signs of a headache
•Using an ice pack on your forehead helps you numb the pain
•Use hot water to release stress
•It's soothing property makes it a great headache reliever
•Drink ginger tea 3 times a day
• Take some eucalyptus oil and massage it on your forehead for 15 to 20 minutes
•Drink a glass of a warm water which has half a lemon squeezed in it
•Take a glass of water and add 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
•Mix cinnamon in water and apple place this paste on your forehead and let it stay for 30 minutes
•Make paste and use this paste on your forehead and let it stay for 30 minutes♡Do whatever helps you sweetie!!!♡
