"Aly, hurry up. A car's coming soon." Jai yelled at me. I could barely hear him over my music and the running water. I finished washing out the conditioner before stepping out in a towel and walking out for clothes.
"I'm almost done." I told him, walking to the dresser and finding him on one of the beds in the hotel, playing with his phone. He's probably messaging Ariana. They've been inseparable since their first date.
"You always say that." He muttered as I passed him. A pillow at the end of the bed was practically calling my name, so I pick it up and chucked it at Jai. I couldn't help it. It hit him straight in the face and he threw it at me, missing. He's got horrible aim.
"For someone who's played basketball, you would think they'd have better accuracy." I smirked as I walked in the bathroom to finish getting ready. My hair wasn't tangled that much, so blow drying and straightening it didn't take long. I looked in the mirror, my outfit consisting off a tank top, skinny jeans, jumper, and my old runners. I walked out of the bathroom and found Jai with his back to me. I tapped him lightly on the shoulder and he spazzed out, spilling his water on my outfit.
"Nice going genius." I sighed and pulled my only jumper off of me. A knock came at the room door and Jai opened it to find Ariana and her perky self.
"Is everyone ready?" She asked and looked at me with a confused face. "What happened?"
"My idiot little brother spilled water on me." I sarcastically smiled at Jai.
"Don't get your knickers in a twist." He laughed and Ariana giggled.
"Don't worry, I have an extra coat." She took off her outer red coat to reveal a grey one and handed the red one to me. She eyed me as I put it on and snapped her fingers.
"My room's next door, come on." She grabbed my hand and rushed me across the hall. As soon as we enter, the smell of perfume hit my nose. Loads of clothes were scattered everywhere.
"Nice room, but what are we doing in here?" I asked, wandering around.
"For some clothes silly." She giggled and handed me Chanel shoes and purse, a scarf kind of thing, and a beautiful diamond necklace.
"Um.. Thanks." I smiled and slid on the shoes as she put the necklace on me. I turned around and hugged her, making her stiffen up but returning it after a second.
"Wow Aly, you haven't shown me that much affection ever." She whispered and I nodded. I'm not one to show affection and I just really didn't think about it. I shrugged and started stuffing all my crap from my worn out purse into the new one and put on the scarf thing around my neck.
"And don't worry, you can keep those old things. I have a lot more where that came from." She winked and skipped across the hall into our room as if nothing happened. I walked over with a small smile on my face. When I walked in, I clapped my hands together.
"Time to leave children." I announced and we walked down to the elevator and out of the lobby to grab a cab. Paparazzi and screaming fans filled the outskirts of the hotel. People were screaming Jai and Ariana's names and I just continued silently behind them. I tried to warm my hand, but it was freezing. Stupid New York and it's icy weather.
"Their's a lot more Yanks than before." I spoke up, taking out my rubber band to retie my hair. Unfortunately, as I was looping the band around my gathered hair, it broke. "Guess i'm leaving my hair down." I muttered.
"Babe, where are we actually going?" Jai asked.
"To the ice skating rink. It's a celebrity event or something, but I thought it'd be fun." She shrugged as we pulled away from the curb. The whole car ride, they were whispering and giggling. I hate when couples do that.
