Finally it was Friday and you couldn't wait to get off work. Only a couple hours left.

Taylor pov

Abigail and I were hungry so we decided to go out to eat. Abigail wanted to eat at some restaurant we hadn't tried before and I thought 'why not'
I put on sunglasses and a hat to at least try to hide myself.
We arrived and we sat in a booth towards the back of the building. Once we got through everyone I took off my sunglasses and put them in my purse. We looked at the menus set on the table and we waited for someone to take our order.

Y/n pov

I went to go take the orders of the next people when I saw a beautiful girl take off her sunglasses and put them in her bag. I got lost in her electric blue eyes and eventually had to snap myself out of it. "A-a-are y-you ready to order? " I finally managed to get out.

Taylor pov

The waitress that came over to take our order was absolutely stunning and I couldn't help but admire her eyes for a couple seconds. I saw her name tag, y/n, a beautiful name fit for a beautiful person. I then ordered chicken tenders with a side of fries and a chocolate milk shake while  Abigail ordered the same except a burger instead of chicken. Once she left Abigail said "she was pretty wasn't she?" "Uh she was guhorgeous" I responded. " I feel like I should ask her out" "I think you should" Abigail responded. " Okay so now I have to somehow muster up the courage to ask that goddess out. "

Y/n pov

Omfg she was so fine I couldn't even talk to her properly. I don't want today to be the last time I see her. I gotta do something. I just gotta get her number and then we can be friends or even more than friends.
I brought their food and asked if they needed anything when they replied no I went to get more orders and as I walked around the restaurant I still looked at her when I had the chance.

Fast forward to after food is eaten

I brought the check over and asked how they would be paying. They gave me a card and I went back to charge the meal to it.

Taylor pov

It's now or never especially since we gotta leave once we get the card back.
She came back with the card and I didn't think, I just blurted out "would you like to go out with me some time?" I heard y/n sigh and I figured she would tell me no but it was a sigh of relief. "I would love to go out with you, but first may I have your name?" "I'm Taylor" "And I'm y/n but you probably knew that already" She says as she motions to her name tag.
She put her number into my phone as I did the same and we parted ways.

Y/n pov

Damn I actually got a date with her. Wow just wow. But only then did I realize that I was talking to Taylor Swift. I WAS GOING ON A DATE WITH TAYLOR SWIFT
