Sachirou just wants to hear Sasuke say her name.

"What was she like?"

"What?"

"What was mom like?"

"Aa." He paused for a moment. Formulating any phrases or sentence that can answer his son's question.

"A strong woman."

The pinkette rolls his eyes. "Tell me something I don't kno-"

"-Both mentally, and physically."

Sasuke smirked at his son's face which was now filled with curiosity.

"Mentally?"

"You'd be surprised at how she even had the mental capacity to tolerate me and Naruto back when we were kids." He snorts.

"Really now?" Sachirou scooted closer, eyes filled with amusement.

"How was mom like as a kid then?"

"Annoying."

Sachirou made a face.

"Not in the literal sense." Sasuke sighed. "Any more questions?"

"A lot." Sachirou grinned.

"I'll answer three."

"Ugh, fine." And off did Sachirou sat in silence, thinking carefully about what to ask.

Sasuke stared at his son for a long moment, heart clenching as Sachirou's facial expression resembled a lot like...

"What made you love mom?"

"Her dedication and loyalty."

"That's all?" Sachirou asked but only got the reply 'Next.'

"Um, your favorite memory of mom?"

"She punched a God." Once again, he recalled a distant memory of Team 7.

"For real?!" He shrieked in amusement.

"Last question, and we'll call it a night."

Silence surrounded the two Uchihas as the younger one contemplates about his last question.

"...Why do you never mention mom's name around people?"

The stiffening of Sasuke's shoulders did not go unnoticed by the boy.

A low mumble of "I don't know." was all he got.

"Then, if there's no valid reason, can I hear you say it? Just for tonight."

Sachirou has always been curious as to why he never heard his dad say his mom's name, could it be because of how he pronounces it?

'Heh, that would be funny.' The boy thought.

But when he got no response, he turned his head to see his father staring at the moon, face unreadable. And so he opened his mouth-

"Sakura."

Sachirou's eyes widened. 'Smooth like silk.'

Silence fell upon them once again. This time, it was Sasuke who turned his head and gave his son a raised eyebrow.

"Happy?"

"I can only imagine how mom feels whenever she hears you say her name." The pinkette mused, soon followed by a chuckle. "She must be head over heels."

"Definitely."

And for the first time in his existence, Sachirou Uchiha heard his Father quietly laugh.
