It was a bright, sunny day in Mondstadt. You were running around the fountain, arms stretched out to your sides as you were trying to catch up with the black and white dog you were playing with. A huge and soft smile forming on your face as you let out a small giggle, calling for the dog.

You then slowed down sighed, catching your breath before dragging yourself towards the cat's tail, sitting on one of the chairs sideways. You looked around and watched as more people came to shop. Everything was just like a normal day. Until a small girl, just about your age, wearing red ran down the steps and made her way out to the entrance, not noticing you.

' Da-da-daaa! ' the squeaky and loud voice zoomed past you.

It was Klee! Your best friend! 'why didn't she say hello?' You thought, hopping off the small chair and chasing after her out the city gates. You slowed down and did a brisk jog over to the left side of the bridge, going onto your tip-toes and leaning over, catching sight of Klee making her way further into the forest. you blinked before landing flat on your feet and continued running to try and catch up to her.

You then stopped in your tracks, lifting your hand up to your chest as you glanced around the forest in amazement. you've never been this far from the city before... the aesthetic atmosphere was immediately interrupted by birds flying away as a batch of grass was set afire. ' oh that has to be klee! ' you said aloud, quickly jogging to the direction the bright red light came from,

Klee was spotted rummaging through her large backpack, her little stuffed toy flowing gently in the wind as she rustled about. You jumped on a fallen tree nearby and watched her every move like a stalker yet before she could even do something she noticed you and smiled brightly, ' Oh, hello, Y/N! Are you here for playtime with Klee?! ' She asked, hugging the, what looked like bigger version of her fluffy plush, bomb.

'Huh.. oh right! Yes, yes! what game is it?' you replied, leaping down to avoid the slowly dying fire beneath you while you made your way over to her.

'fish-blasting!' Klee exclaimed, jumping up and down on the spot. you then paused and tilted your head.

- 'fish-blasting..?'

-'yes! hehe, have you not done it before?'

You shook your head, your hair shaking along with your head, 'what is..-' and before you could say anything: BOOM! Klee threw the average-sized bomb into the lake.

'Klee! Are we allowed to do this?!' You panicked, realisation kicking in.

Klee froze and thought for a moment before whispering, 'No... not really..' she sighed, 'but i sometimes get away with it! why don't you try? just copy me, alright?'

You giggled at your friends cheekiness and agreed to play, taking the bomb from her gloved-hand and watching the demonstration she gave. Once it was your turn, you examined the lake closely before quietly walking to your let a bit to get access to more fish. you then re-enacted Klee's demo:

-aim
-throw

and then BOOM! you covered your eyes with your arm before noticing that no injuries happened.... except to the fish at least. You only just realised how fun this little 'mini game', as Klee likes to call it, really is! you then ran back to her and laughed.

'that was so fun! we should do this more often!' You suggested, amazed and amused. Klee giggled and nodded. You spent most of the time doing this until...

'Klee. Y/N.'

A feminine voice was heard behind you. You both practically froze as if a mist flower suddenly appeared in front of you two. Klee turned around first, sneakily passing you the bomb. it was Jean, the dandelion knight, a.k.a you and klee's personal babysitter, watching the two of you with her hands on her hips. Alongside her was Diluc, Lisa, and Kaeya. You and Klee glanced at each other for a solid moment before both turning to the adults and giving the iconic innocent smile.
