Akira sat in the park writing in her journal before she looked up at the moon in the sky. She loved looking at the stars. Watching them sparkle. She loved searching for the constellations that filled the vast blackness. She let out a sigh and closed her eyes as she rested her head against the tree she was leaning against. "You're brave." A voice announced. The young woman opened her pale green eyes and looked to her left to see a being in a hooded cloak and mask. She rose to her feet, weary. "Smart, too." They pointed out. Their voice was so deep. So familiar. "Stay away from me." She sounded. "I'm not here to harm you, girl. Trust me. You'd already be dead I wanted you to be." The being explained. Akira's eyes grew wide as she took a step back. "Your journal...you write?" He asked. "Why?" She shot back. "It's a simple yes or no question, Akira Takahashi." He spat. "Y-Yes." She answered.
"Perfect. How would you like to make your dreams...a reality?" He asked. "That never goes the way you want." Akira said crossing her arms over her chest. The being chuckled. "You...are not aware of the things you can do, are you?" He asked her. "What the hell are you talking about?" Akira questioned rolling her eyes. The being stepped towards her. "Your mind...is powerful. Strong enough to create things for your stories. What if I told you...I can make those things you love to write about...love to dream about...a reality?" He stated. "All you have to do...is look in my eyes." He explained. Akira furrowed her brows before shaking her head. "No. I'm not about to accept some shady deal from some freak in a mask." She told him walking away. "Such a shame. The thing is...I was asking out of politeness." He called out before appearing before Akira. His eyes glowed red before Akira fell to the ground unconscious.
A sense of calmness washed over Akira as she was blinded by light. The white light was immediately followed by blackness. She found herself falling in darkness. An empty void of nothing. It seemed to go on forever. She continued to fall for what seemed like hours on end. Until the darkness swallowed her whole.
