Perfectly imperfect

What happened?

kailey's POV:

Beep... Beep...

As I slowly opened my eyes all I saw was white... then my eyes focused and I realized I was in a hospital room...

"Mom? Dad?" I said as I saw them standing around me...

"What happened?" I said with a blank mind...

"You were in a car accident sweetie" my mom said with tears welling up in her eyes...

"Oh..." I said starting to remember...

"How long was I out?" I asked still drowsy...

"it's been 4 days since the accident... You had a bad head injury and they didn't know if you were gonna wake up..." My dad said emotionally...

"I'm just glad your ok" my mom said softly crying as she came over to hug me...

"I'm tired" I said clueless to any actual thoughts...

"Ok sweetie you sleep as long as you want..." My mom replied still crying...

"Ok mommy" I said...

Slowly drifting off to sleep again...

Suddenly I jolted awake... Opening my eyes to see Ethan's lips placed upon mine...

As he pulled away I reached for him, grabbing his arm... "Don't go" I said with my mind still foggy...

"Ok" he said taking my hand...

"I missed you" he said suddenly...

"you've been asleep for awhile... the doctor says it's good... And that you'll make a full recovery."

"That's nice" I said still dreary of reality...

Suddenly my vision wasn't blurry anymore... And all these thoughts came pouring into my head...

I saw Ethan was wearing a cast around his left arm... Then I realized we were actually in a car crash...

"Wait what happened!" I said sitting up with a worried look across my face...

"The car crash... you hit your head bad... I was so worried you wouldn't wake up..." He said with a saddening look on his face...

"I'm fine" I said reassuring him with a slight smile on my face...

"Wait! Where's skylar!" I asked extremely worried...

"Oh skylar is fine.. She had a few minor injuries and got a broken leg... But she's fine and awake, walking around..." Ethan said

"Thank god" I said relieved. "how's Jacob?" I asked slightly concerned...

"That's the thing... It's not good" Ethan said as he started to frown...
