Brookes pov

Haley helped last night and let me stay in the guest room. I went to the kitchen for a cup of coffee, to my surpise i found Luke there. I didn't need this, it was way too early for drama.

"Whatever, it is I don't want to hear about it, okay?"

I hoped that he'll just drop it and let this be a break-up, but he would never do that.

"Brooke you broke my heart twice and in my house twice. I never even told you why I had thoose pictures--

I cutt him off. " I don't want to know your reason why you still have a box of Petyon, i'm sorry but i need to live past my highschool sweetheart." i told him

 he shook his head, then grabbed my arms tightly and smashed his lips into mine. He knew he win the fight if he kissed me, he knew what it did to me. Somehow I gain control and pushed him away.

"Stay the fuck away from me, don't come near me unless i come near you!" I yelled

He backed up and I saw the hurt in his eyes and hewent out the back door. I went to my room and cried into my pillow. It was really over bewteen us, I cried myself to sleep.

I walked down the halls of Tree Hill High and saw Lucas next to my locker witha smile on his face. I wasn't sure if I should give him a second chance or not.

"For someone who just last night told that's he's the guy for me more than waiting at my locker" I said right before i opened it.

When I did o[ened the locker and saw pictures of me and him and on the mirror said "Lucas and Brooke forever." the locker had pink things everywhere and little disco balls hanging from the top of the locker.

"You just pimped my locker."

(a/n i don't remember the whole scene from that episode of oth so just bare with me.)

I quickly opened my eyes and noticed that I was crying thought out the dream/rembre thing I quickly went to the store and saw Victoria there trying to get something from Millie. I opened my store door.

"Victoria I know I'm late but you shouldn't try to get my new designs from Millie. I have to talk to you so to the back , shall we?" I asked

Victoria had this stupid grin on her face as if i was going to give her my comany or something.

"Why did you ask me to come to this hole pf a town?" she asked

I pulled out a contract and slammed it on the desk.

"I want you out of my life, remeber back in New York when i said i don't ever want to see your face in my life agian? well i meant my busuniess life too so sign this and we can act like your just a customer or something."

I knew I was being a bitch but I didn't want her to ruin my life even more. She let out a puff and signed the contract. I didn't think she would do it that easily. She leftin a flash. I went to the frount of the store and saw Nathen and Jamie.

"What was the yelling this morning?" Nathen asked

"Just a arguement with Lucas but i won and you guys mind me being at your house agian and i can take little Jamie off your hands every now and then."

"Don't worry if i said no Haley would have my assand when you say take jamie off our hands?"

"I could let him vist the big apple and show him aound." I told him

he let out a chuckle.

"Nate, you look tired go home sleep and leave jamie here." i offered.

with that he told it and left and Jamie was on the counch watching the Chos over bros ads.

I let Millie the rest of the day off, and took Jamie to Still water, I saw Mouth sitting on the bench. Jamie strted to shoot hoops as i sat next to Mouth.

"Brooke Davis, what are you doing here shouldn't you be planing a wedding or a great gettaway with Lucas."he asked

Even though he didn't know about the break-up it hurt when they said his name. he saw my face fall with sadness.

"Brooke what happened?" he asked

"we broke-up.... i found something that questioned our realtionship and I dumped him agian." i explained he gave me a half hug.

" You do know he loves you, and he won't leave you untill your his, just like in high school."

Where everything went wrong. I nodded i knew the rountine of Lucas Scott and this time i won't let him win.
