We now see Peter with MJ in the latter's apartment. Peter warns her about the Hobgoblin & Kraven. MJ asks him how many Goblins are there. Peter says three. MJ shakes her head. She asks Peter why is OsCorp involved with many of these villains (Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, New Goblin, Vulture). Peter says he has no idea. MJ asks him whether Roderick Kingsley is the Hobgoblin because he is from OsCorp & the previous Goblins were from OsCorp. Peter, who trusts him, says no. He says that he had a really good personality, kinda fatherly, even better than Norman & Octavius.

We see Spider-Man sitting on a gargoyle at night. He thinks about his life. But suddenly, he sees something flying in the night sky. His spider-sense goes off. He knows what that is. It's Hobgoblin & Kraven. They have a fight. Spider-Man loses here. His mask is torn, we can see his mouth & a bit of his eye. He faints. We now see them in a graveyard. They put him in a coffin. When Kraven was about to close the cover, Spidey woke up. He was about to get up but Kraven shot a poison dart at him. The scene cuts to black. They have killed him, he's gone. We now fade to them closing the cover & covering the coffin with dirt.

We now see Kraven on top of a building, with Hobgoblin above him. They scream at the top of their lungs that Spider-Man is finally dead. Mary Jane was one of the people hearing that. She runs to her apartment, crying. We now see her in her apartment, crying badly. The man who saves her, the man who loved her, the man she loves, is dead.

We now see Kraven & Hobgoblin in the penthouse. Hobgoblin removes his helmet & tells Kraven that he did amazing. He gives him some more cash as a way to thank him. Kraven thanks him. He says that he will be the new saviour of New York. Roderick says "That'll be fine to me. That wall crawling menace is finally gone, now I can rest in peace."

We now see a montage of Kraven trying to be a hero. He kills the criminals. The police would try to stop him because he is too violent to be left alone. We see a woman with her son. They see Kraven brutally killing a criminal. They immediately leave the place. We see people in the news, what they think of the loss of their hero. Even Jameson starts to like Spidey. He tells him that he never wanted him dead.
