Special Containment Procedures: Scp-82848 was free to roam site-19 with a level 4 clearance until incident 287-A and B in which 05 council replaced Scp-82848s level 4 clearance with level 2 clearance . Scp 82848 is to be kept in a standard containment cell with a bed, bookshelf, and restroom. Scp-82848 had to be contained in Scp-106s cell after a test with Scp-106. (See incident 287-A and B) Scp-82848-A is a amulet that has no anomalous abilities (None viewed so far) but Scp 82848 claims it has some kind of abilities but he doesn't know what it is, during testing with Scp-82848 it glowed for five seconds, Dr. Thabet and his team of researchers witnessed the phenomenon but can't explain it.
Description: When first classified as an Scp he was a 1.828 meters tall Caucasian Male D-class with black hair and brown eyes. Usually wears scientist coat or jacket and jeans, mostly wear a guard uniform without the amour. When has two or more Scp abilities he appears as a shadow entity.

D-82848: Hello Dr thabet. My name is Mike Alexander.
Dr. Thabet: I want to ask you about the test with Scp-173 you had earlier. How did you survive? Have you been aware of your abilities?
D-82848: Yes I have been aware of my abilities my whole life I just keep them a secret. And I have Immortality. That is how I survived.
Dr. Thabet: What other abilities do you have?
D-82848: I have super human strength, I can talk to any creature and and the ability to take powers from other creatures.
Dr. Thabet: What do you mean?
D-82848: When I was 14 I encountered what you call Scp-939.
Dr. Thabet: How do you know about them. And what happened?
D-82848: I was messing with a terminal. And about the 939 I was in the woods walking around when something jumped on me and attacked me. I Then somehow calmed it down by yelling stop, then it started talking to me through my mind and I talked back. While this was happening I didn't notice my wounds were healing. I touched its head and I felt weird and learned I gained its abilities, that's when I discovered most of my powers.
Dr. Thabet: Alright lets take a 5 minute break.

Dr. Thabet: Ok. O5 council is going to classify you as a scp, they think you could help the foundation.
D-82848: Ok whats my number?
Dr. Thabet: Your number will be your D-class number.
D-82848: So I'm Scp-82848.
Dr. Thabet: Correct! That is all for now, two guards will take you to your new cell.
Scp-82848: Ok. thank you.

Dr. Thabet: By the way, I'm going to be the scientist in charge of researching you.
Scp-82848: Okay, It's good to know that you are in charge of me. I trust you.
