students who can wait till their third years but should probably get therapy at the end of their second are Jiro, tokoyami, Shoji, ojiro, hagakure
ones who can last until their prose. Literally no one
people who just drop out of the hero game entirely are Sato, koda.
As for mineta he got expelled at the end of first year replace by shinsou.
