Like the Sun and Moon(Colette x Edgar oneshot)

The gift shop duo were both doing their own thing, but still like always sitting right beside each other. Colette writing fanfic, Edgar painting his fingernails black. The other brawlers often wondered how this sun and moon of a pairing stuck together like glue was between their hearts. Well no matter what they guessed 8 bit was the closest to getting it right.

"So Edgar after this do you want to play a game of duos together!?" Colette asks smiling her toothy grin at the emo

"Sure" Edgar shrugs

"YAY! I can't wait!" Colette says throwing her arms around Edgar, surprising him, and causing the black nail polish to spill on the counter

"Oops...." Colette says letting go of Edgar as she looks down at the pool of nail polish

"Well we don't have to wait anymore.," Edgar says standing up,"Come on we don't want to wait to long." he says

"OK!" Colette says happily grabbing Edgars hand as she ran by, Edgar rolled his eyes, being used to this. They got there a bit later.

"I can't wait! This is going to be so- oh my gosh! Is that Spike!? I'm going to ask him for an autograph!!!" Colette says excitedly walking towards Spike

Edgar steps in front of her and puts her hands on her shoulders,"Colette we're here for a reason. So, no autograph right now." he says looking into her eyes

"But autograph?" Colette says sadly

Edgar sighs,"Look if you want I can give you an autograph." he says letting go of Colette's shoulder

That perks up Colette,"Ok! Thanks!" she says hugging Edgar again, he blushes

"Well can I now give you that autograph?" Edgar asks after a bit

"Oh yeah right!," Colette says holding out a piece of paper, Edgar signs it,"I'll put this away later!" she says putting it in her pocket

"Come on, let's go play duos." Edgar says holding out his hand to Colette

"OK!" Colette says taking his hand, as they both go play duos together

*A bit later*

"Well that was fun!!!" Colette says happily

"Yeah it was" Edgar says doing one of his few rare smiles on

"Ah you're so cute when you smile!" Colette says, making Edgar blush

"I'm not smiling." Edgar says quickly, trying not to smile but failing miserably as he looks at Colette's crazed yet happy face

"But you're smiling silly!" Colette says grinning at Edgar

"I don't know what you're talking about." Edgar says, quickly turning around still a blushing mess

"You're still silly, you're definitely smiling!,"Colette says,"Boop!" she quickly goes in front of him and boops him on the nose, making Edgars whole face red

"I um.... have to do something! CYA!" Edgar says quickly covering his bright red face with his scarf as he runs off

"Bye Edgar!," Colette says waving to him as he runs,"Wow, that's funny he was always the first one to gag at romance.," she says to herself,"Now let's see what Edgars autograph says!" she adds snapping her fingers, she pulls out the autograph and when she reads it her heart warms and she blushes

The autograph said: To Colette the sun of my universe
