One day all of the herd was gathered around a mare that was about to have a new foal. The King of the herd was the mare's mate. The King is Hoping it would be a girl, so he could teach her how to be a proper princess.
Soon after the mare had her foal, the foal immediately got right up and fell down. Right then the mare said it is a girl. A couple days after the foal was born, her father started to teach her about being a princess. After they got started she wanted to be a war pony, because it was nearly waring season. The first thing that the foal learned was her name, and her name was rose.
Every pony has a special skill, some have Magic, bow and arrow, art, and many other skills. Rose's skill was still to come in a couple of years. Soon after her lesson was done, her father immediately had another foal to teach. When Rose's mother came to get her, they started walking back to the herd, but as they were walking Rose noticed something big was running at them through the forest, looking as angry as a wild boar, and as hungry as a wolf.
