Fifteen hours since Tsuna got weaken, showing no signs of getting better.

Tsuna doesn't like this, his condition makes Mashiro wears that face.

He wanted to see Mashiro with smile, it hurts him, especially with the thought that he is the cause of it.

'Please smile.' he wanted to say but the thought that she will force herself to smile will definitely makes it harder for him.

Tsuna opens his mouth, he wanted to live his remaining life with her, especially now that he doesn't know if he going to live.

Mashiro's head jerk up upon call of her little company. She quickly turns to him, "What it is?" she get closer to him "Do you need anything?!"

'Wah... look at that face! She's panicking."

"Sky..." despite the low volume of his voice, Mashiro still able to hear him but it makes her confuse that thinks that she heard him wrong.

Mashiro put some of her locks behind her ears hoping it would help to hear properly.

'Ah... how come you can be more beautiful?'

"Sky? What do you mean Tsuna?"

"I want to see the sky."

"Hmm? But its already night, you might catch a cold."

"It's fine... I want to watch the night sky with you."

Mashiro went quiet for a while, she's worried that it might worsen his condition.

"Please!"

Mashiro sighs, she can't say no to him. She nodded, "Alright I'll just gonna prepare your place there okay?" Tsuna nodded, before closing his eyes.

Despite with hesitation Mashiro takes Tsuna's tiny box and put folded handkerchiefs to act as bed, and then another slide fold to act as his pillows.

While glancing at the bed she made, tears started to get out from her eyes.

She doesn't have an idea if Tsuna's condition is only for temporary, it is not fever to use medicine, it is something she doesn't know how to treat, and that very thought makes her scare.

She cries without making any noise, which is really hard and might cause a headache later but she doesn't care, she doesn't want to wake him just so he could see her in poor state.

Fumiya and Tsuna both decline the idea of bringing him to the hospital to be examine, and she can understand why.

"He/I will going to be genuia pig!" they both once said before.

She place her hand on chest and heaved a big deep breathe and then wipe out her tears. Mashiro breathe in again and out of it, she continue this kind of ritual to settle her feelings straight.

No. She better not show any of this to him.

After taking one last sigh, she smile and turns to Tsuna whom trying to stand, yet he almost hit his bed only thanks to Mashiro who grabbed him in nick of time he was save.

Mashiro gently takes him out his bedroom and then placed him to improvise bed she have made.

Tsuna sat at his new bed and taps his pillows.

"Did you like it?" Tsuna looks up at her and nodded with wide smile. "Then let's go?" again the brunet nodded.

Mashiro then walks out her balcony with the tiny box containing Tsuna.
