There is a couple who lives in Seattle with their best friend and his maids and butlers. There is a war going on between the "Blues" and the "Reds". the Couple and her friend are on the side of the reds. The woman in the relationship, Amy, Her best friend is the creator of "Red Wire". Red Wire is a device that can bring someone back from the dead. Bryen, Her best friend, created it just for her. He wasn't able to live out his partner in crime, his best friend, his only friend until now.
The Blues, hearing about Bryen's creation decided to create their own wire. And they did.
Both the Blue and Red Wire give the person, Superhuman speed, Strength, and flexibility. Too bad it doesn't make them fly.
