......
“Where is the boy who said I was his soulmate?” Peter asks with tears in his eyes. He isn't able to recognise the boy that's standing before him. To be honest, he has not been able to
recognise Jason for a while now. He was just too in love to notice that. That is not the same boy that Peter loves so sincerely.

"I don't know what it is you want from me! You're the one who went ahead and changed the rules!" Jason yells at Peter. Peter can see pain, despair and anger in Jason's eyes. He wants to hug him, but Jason has lost his way, and Peter can't help him if he refuses the help.

"Has anybody ever told you that you are a big coward?" Peter's voice breaks as he asks. He knows that it is not fair to Jason but he is so sick of hiding. Peter just craves to love openly whoever he wants, Peter wants to hold Jason's hand in public, Peter wants to dance with him at party's, and he wants to be free. Jason, on the other hand, is frightened of his parents disowning him because they are Catholics.

They have had this conversation far too many times, and Jason is tired from it, so he leaves their dorm room without saying another word. They met when they were twelve when they were put in the same dorm room. Now they're about to graduate in two months from their catholic boarding school.
Jason has decided to go to the schools chapel. He needs some time with God and to figure out how to get out of this mess.

Jason enters the chapel. He looks around to see if anyone is there, but he can't see anyone. He goes and sits down on one of the benches and he starts speaking to God.

"Once upon a time, I first held his hand, and love was not a crime. He said: don't look down, but then I did, and now he's lost above me. I don't know if I have it in me to end this! I have been in love with him since we were twelve. I've tried to be strong, and I've tried to belong. But I don't, or I won't, I can't. Such a simple, little word - never spoken, always heard. It's not something I can be. It's not okay, not for me. Would You take me back or watch me bleed? Are you there? There at all?" With every sentence Jasons, voice raises, and in the end, he ends up yelling at god.

He hears footsteps behind him and he spins around quickly to see who has overheard his yelling match with god. He sees Sister Chantelle standing in the doorway looking at him.
Jason has taken by panic when he sees her.

"Sister Chantelle, I can explain!" Jason stutters as she comes closer. He's afraid that she will tell the priest, and that the priest will inform his parents about this.

"Nobody has all the answers, remember the message well: If you hide from yourself, be someone else for someone else's sake, that would be the greatest mistake!" Sister Chantelle says as she approaches Jason with sympathy and warmth in her eyes.

"What?" Jason is very confused, he did not expect this at all.

"Jason, don't you ever be someone you're not! Let the whole world see the person that you are! God don't make no trash! If you are this way then he meant to make you like this!"

She opens her arms and welcomes him into her arms. Jason hugs her with tears prickling in his eyes. He has never felt this kind of support from anyone that wasn't Peter.

This made him feel so much better, and it gave him hope that one day he'll be happy and together with Peter
