Jacob and Eleanor had a doctors appointment today, they were going to find out the gender after though. they wanted to be with their close friends to find out the important news.

"4 more months," she smiled

"i'm so ready," jacob smiled opening the door to the doctors. The two walked in and checked in.

They were called 20 minutes later, which was faster than usual.

"hello you two," the doctor smiled

"hello doctor, how are you doing today?" eleanor asked

"i'm doing great thank you, how bout you? hows everything?"

"everything's going great. i get tired easily now though," eleanor giggled

Eleanor laid on the bed and lifted her shirt so the doctor could put the gel on.

The doctor started scanning her belly and looked surprised.

"is everything okay?" jacob asked gettibg worried

"no yeah everything is fine," the doctor smiled, "there's just uhm"

"what?" eleanor asked looking at the screen.

"do you see there's like two circles in the screen?" she said pointing to it

"i thought it was the feet and head," jacob asked confused

"well you're right, it's just there's two babies in there" the doctor smiled awkwardly

"HUH?" eleanor asked surprised making the doctor laugh

"two babies?" jacob asked, "that's amazing!"

"amazing but jacob that means double the trouble," eleanor said scared but happy, "how come we didn't know this before?"

"well now since they're opposite sides, you can tell more. before the we're in the same position and couldn't really tell," the doctor told them

"and you said you don't wanna know the gender or genders correct?" the doctor asked

"correct. we wanna see it later today with our friends," jacob told him

"okay well we can just finish this check up and i'll give it to the front desk people," the doctor smiled

"thanks," eleanor told her

The doctor checked the heart beats, the health, and that everything was going good. Everything was amazing. The two walked to the front desk to get the envelope and then tell their friends to meet them at their house.

"jacob, two babies," eleanor still in shock told him in the car

"you're the one jinxing everything," jacob laughed, "first the kids at 25 and then only one kid until 25" he laughed

"oh my gosh, not you blaming me," eleanor laughed

"now ur gonna stick with it," he said holding her hand while driving it and placing a kiss on it.

"weeee" eleanor smiled, "i love you"

"i love you too, and our two twins," he smiled

"there's two twix in one package for a reason," eleanor laughed

The two got to their home after buying some snacks for their friends.

It was just xolo, hannah, peyton, and isabella.

The four started coming and kept touching eleanor's stomach.

"hey sistaaa," isabella smiling hugging eleanor
