The next few days, the boys decided to spoil y/n. From going to the movies, to the beach- which is almost every day- the animal center, and a million other things. But when y/n got symptoms of falling ill, she kept it to herself, not wanting to burden them. The boys didn't even know, but Alex had his suspicions. Riku was catching them on her left, Nishi was surrounded by a lot of butterflies at the trees, Noya and Alex were sitting on a bench with a few butterflies on their heads, shoulders and one sat on Alex's nose.
She smiled and giggled slightly at how dumbfounded Alex looked with a butterfly on his nose. Her giggling stopped and turned into a coughing fit, catching attention to all of the four males, the two on the bench were the nearest and ran towards her, helping her sit up, Nishi and Riku, came and kneeled in front of her. "Y/n? What's wrong?" Riku asked, frantically, her coughing stopped, she took in the air and breathed heavily.
Nishi placed his hand on her forehead and felt she was burning up, like lava, his eyes went wide and he looked at his brothers. "Y/n how long have you been feeling ill?" Alex asked, trying to sound calm. She showed with her hand the number 10. "You've been sick for ten days?!" Riku accidentally yelled, making y/n flinch, she was staring at the ground and noticed blood, wiping at her nose, her eyes widened, it was bleeding. She gulped stood up and ran towards the bathroom close by.
The boys were dumbfounded, then stared at the ground, Nishi and Noya were the first to stand up and ran towards the bathroom, they walked in and saw she was trying to get rid of the blood, her eyes teary and coughing was heard. "Y/n..?" Nishi talked in a soft voice, the girl looked up at him and saw Noya with him. "Is this normal?" Noya asked. She nodded and went back to stop her nose from bleeding.
The two grabbed toilet paper, wetted it and walked towards y/n. Noya hoisted her up on the sink and Nishi cleaned the remaining blood and threw away the paper, washing his hands. The two stared at the girl and noticed how pale she looked, her eyes were lifeless, her body was slightly shaking and she was coughing here and there, they shared the same look and Nishi gave her his jacket, while Noya picked her up, bridal style, and the trio walked out, not soon after y/n was asleep, they weren't even that far from the bathroom.
"Nishi! Noya!" The twins looked forward and saw the other two. They hurdled to a stop and saw the sleeping girl. "Is she okay?" Riku asked. The twins looked at one another and shrugged. "Come on. We got the driver ready." Alex said, his voice was breaking, slightly, walking towards the car, they entered and sat in silence, apart from when y/n coughed in her sleep.
