Rin's POS:

A mission? Really? So soon after defeating the impure king?"

"Yes unfortunately, you have a few days to pack before we get going."
I sighed, already mentally exhausted for what's to come. Between getting friend-zoned for life and the Vatican wanting to kill me despite what I had accomplished last week had me stress cooking up until late last night.

With sleep creeping up on my fatigued body quickly. It didn't register that Yuiko had been talking to me.

"Rin!"

"Gah!- Yes?"
Crap, let's hope he doesn't notice I wasn't paying attention.

He only narrowed his eyes and started looking angry.

My eyes slowly dropped down along with my once swaying tail, if possible showing how I knew I was going to get yelled at again.

Ah man, I thought he wouldn't notice this time.

"Seriously!? You need to pay more attention Rin!" He yelled into the quiet room. I knew my predicament with the Vatican was causing him stress as well. At least, I'd hoped that was why he was being more harsher on me.

"Yeah, I know... sorry."
He let out a long outtake of breath before refocusing on our mission.

Apparently an old abandoned building was filled with low tier demons that regular exorcist couldn't spare the time to eradicate the pests. Who else would take care of the situation other then the lowly exwires?

Let me inform those lazy asses that these group of "exwires" had not only dealt with the Miasma situation but also defeated the impure king.

Then again they probably only sent us there with hopes to get me killed.

I wouldn't put it passed them to try.

"I'll see you all on Monday bright and early."
With that we all stood out of our seats. Yawning while grabbing my bag, I suddenly get slapped behind my head throwing me forward a bit before groaning rubbing the spot and glancing at Bon who stood with his arms crossed.

"You have to get sleep you idiot! Don't think I didn't notice the obvious eye bags- I mean their just so hideous-"
He cuts himself off with laughter as i mimic a sarcastic "haha" not looking to pleased as Bon and Shima walked with me out the classroom and into the weirdly decorated hallways of Mephisto's crazy self-therapy tactics. No one with a right mind would decorate floors in these colors.

"-but seriously, what's going on Okumura?"

I sighed and readjusted my bag, my sword being with Shura at the moment considering I'm on thin lines as it is.

"The stupid Gurgori are on my case again. Nothings ever enough for them dude."

His calm expression went serious for a bit before becoming carefree again and swung his arm over my shoulders.

"I'm not some armrest-"

"-You worry too much."
I shut up for once as Shima walks on the other side of me with his arms resting behind his head.

"-If anything, they're probably saying how great of a decision it was keeping you alive."

"Thanks man."

"Anytime."
I start nervously laughing as we get outside and I see an exhausted, stuffed Kuro.

"What happened to him?"

"I may or may not was stress cooking last night and asked his help to clean up the evidence."

"Oh poor cat."
I elbow Bon as he laughs. He knows damn right that my cooking is the best.

I picked up Kuro thanking him for always somehow meeting me after school to walk back to the dorms together.

"Hey would you guys-"

"Count me in."
Izumu came from no where and patted my shoulder heading in the direction of home with the others following not long after her.

"-uh, great! There's honestly so much that I started piling them in coolers since the fridge is full."

"-damnnnn Okumura! We might need more mouths."

"Yeah but did you forget we have Bon here?" Izumu gave off her sarcastic remark when we caught up.

I didn't even noticed the whole class was somehow now involved with one mention of free food.

"You witch! At least I don't have a Demon appetite!"

"Bro! I honestly take that as a compliment, just means I get out-eat you."
His expression turned to shocked.

Haha That idiot took the bait.

"Damn you Okumura! I can totally beat you at anything! Let's go right here right now!"

I smiled brightly as Yuiko finally looked up from his phone to hear the comment. Offended, thinking it was directed towards him.

"Um... what I miss?"

"Just Rin and Bon arguing over something stupid again."
Shima was the first to answer while the said two friends were rushing to the dorms to get there first.

"Of course."
Yuiko sighed meanwhile thinking of what Rin could possibly have cooked without any food in the fridge to start with-

Suddenly he was seen doing the wallet Dance.

You know, where they pay themselves down then start stripping like a stripper-

He didn't get to the second part finding it in one of his many pockets and hurriedly checked the continents inside.

"DAMN IT RIN! IM GUNNA KILL HIM!"

"There goes sensi."
