I rub my eyes now knocked out of littlespace and crawl out of the crib. It was dark but I could make my way around the small room. I proceed to walk to the door and open it, just barely reaching the handle. I end up stumbling out of the room. Turns out I hadn't walked in a while, let alone open a door. I hit the hallway wall opposite to me with a loud bang. "Owie." I mumble under my breathe before pushing myself up and walking down the hallway.

When I got to the staircase, however, a bad vibe took over me. Something wasn't right, everything was off. The banging continued as I crouch and move methodically down the stairs one by one, careful not to make any of the stairs creak. When I got to the last step however, I turn and see Katherine standing at the door, her hand on the handle and shaking. She looked scared.

I slowly walk over to her before she turns her head and notices me. "I didn't order anything, why would someone be here at 1:30 am." She says, her voice trembling. I shrug and walk up to her, wrapping my arms around her waist and hugging her tight. "If anything escalates call the police." I say confused and shrug my shoulders.

"S-s-should I h-have a l-l-look?" She stammers out and once again I shrug, not knowing how to reply. "One peak out of the window won't hurt. If it's a random, call the police." By now the banging was extremely desperate and Katherine looked scared. After five minutes of waiting, Katherine musters up enough courage to peek out the window only to sigh out a breathe of relief.

Her hand steadies as she twists the handle open and swings the door on. "What are you doing here now?" She says quietly before stepping outside and closing the door behind her. Intrigued, I get up and scurry along the marbled tiles to get to the front door, putting my ear up to it and trying my best to evesdrop on the conversation.

"You can't be out here!" Katherine would exclaim. "Yes I can, I need help." The other person said. Minutes would go by of consistant back and fourth of Katherine and the other person speaking. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't make out their voice so I couldn't pin- point who it was and why they were here.

After what feels like ages, I hear the door handle creak so I run back onto the couch, acting like I never got up to listen in as Katherine opens the door, holding it open via her entire body. Stood in the doorway was Teegan, Brooks little. I turn my head and my eyes widen at the sight of her. My mind was racing and filled with so many questions. Why was she here? Where was Brook? What is happening?

She looks at me and drops her head as Katherine speaks up. "So. Today has just gotten interesting. Teegan came her to tell you something very important all by her lonesome. Such a brave girl she is, but she would like to tell it to you privately so... Off you go I guess." Katherine says, her expression now blank. Teegan treads slowly into my room. When I hear the door open and the light switch on, I begin to follow her.

When I arrive I find her seated the edge of my changing table, kicking her legs back and fourth. When I get up there I close my door and walk Infront of her, crossing my arms and staring at her. "Sooo, what is this about?" I say now anxious. She looks up at me and smiles. "Oh nothing's wrong, silly. Just dramatic effect. It is important though so listen up." She says and pokes her tongue out at me.

I look into her eyes with uttermost concentration. She doesn't speak for around five minutes before giggling. "You're desperate to know, huh?" She says covering her face with her hand. "Yes. Yes I am. You come to our front door at one thirty in the morning." I say and blush up, looking away. "Okay, okay, doofus." She says and I look back at her. "Me and Brook are going to Disney land and have a spare ticket... If you wanna, you know, come."

My face drops when I hear the news. By now Katherine is standing in the door way, leaning on the frame and crossing her hands while smiling. I cover my face as I had no clue what to say. It was such a big request but I didn't want to question it. She nods towards me hinting I should make up my mind soon. "Y-yes I'll come! Happily!" I nearly jump out of my skin. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. She smiles and jumps off my changing table, running towards me and hugging my tightly.

"It's gonna be so fun! We're gonna do so much while we're there!" She exclaims, happy that I said yes. It was during this time I began truly questioning why me and most certainly why this time of morning. While it is a great opportunity, it's not that important. I just shrug it off and after thirty minutes of catching up with Teegan, she gets up to go home.

As we walk into the lounge room and to the front door, she stands in the doorway, looking back at me and waving. "Bye bye!" She says in a happy but exhausted tone. "Bye!" I yell back while waving. A tear forms in my eye as she walks out and Katherine closes the door behind her. She sighs while looking over at me before walking over and picking me up. "You have a long day tomorrow, we're catching up with them. I think it's time you get some rest." She says and puts me on her hip, carrying me back up to my room for the second time this evening.

She puts me to bed like normal, saying her normal night-time things before turning the light off and walking out one last time. I slowly drift off to sleep, thinking about how fun the next 3 weeks are going to be. A massive smile creeps onto my face the more I think about this and eventually, I pass out...
