Family

After the Library I discovered I was locked in. So I spent a couple hours sneakily reading books. It. Was. Amazing. And I got nowhere else in my quest.

And I may have taken a book or two home...

This will go on your permanent record.. Besides that, who steals books?

Um, only the cool people, who know where it's at.

Yeah, right.

Anyway, right now I'm making supper (SpAgHeTt!) and the water ain't boiling. So I'm getting annoyed. After waiting patiently for so long I turn the dial up to high.

"Mary! What did you do with my phone!?" Tee hollers. She couldn't walk to the kitchen to ask? That's my sister summed up. And I'm the one making food. I ignore her question, open the fridge and look for my precious brownies. Yes, I still like them, even after throwing them up. 

There's no brownies.

I frantically search the fridge.

There's. No. Brownies.

"HOW WILL I LIVE!!!!" Oh crap. I said that out loud. I get off my knees(I'm very dramatic in case you didn't know, I had to go on my knees and raise my fist towards the heavens, its expected) and charge down the hallway, towards my room.

"What did you do. To MY. BROWNIES!" I say in a demonic voice. I'm very serious.

"What did you do. To MY. PHONE!" Tee replies. I could just strangle her. SHES SO ANNOYING! 

"Seriously. What did you do!! I wanted brownies, I made them!" I reply to her reply. Ha ha! I'm winning at replying! 

"Well, you made them for everybody, so I had a couple." She replies to me reply to her reply. Shoot, is two to one. Shes in the lead!

"Well," I mock and sneer, "yeah, the were for humans, not grotesque aliens. And I did nothing to your phone." I reply to her reply to my reply of her reply truthfully. I'm in the lead! And now I walk away because I forgot about the boiling water and I would not have been able to keep track of the score if she kept talking AND if I left then I win. So ha. I WON!!! I AM VICTORIOUS!!!!! 

Wait. The water! I run the rest of the way to the kitchen and find my mom standing there with a spatula.

"I was just about to break up your guy's bickering and warn you." She's got her hand on her hip.

"Well, we weren't exactly argu-" I start to deny and the my mom boops me in the nose with a spatula with spaghetti sauce on it.

"Stop being saucy." She chuckles and I start laughing, just a bit.

"Okay, I'm only laughing because it was such a bad pun, I had to laugh at it." I open up the package of noodles and dunk them in the water. It's nice to have mum back for a bit. After Tanya, mom lost it. She still looked after us but she wasn't her. She has been getting better though, like now, she is herself again. 

"I've missed you." I lean in for a hug.

Understanding what I meant she hugs me back and whispers, "Me too."

Awww. I'm hoping this chapter was kinda sweet. I realized the mama wasn't there very much so I wanted to include her. I know these chapters are kinda short (who am I kidding, they are very short!) but I did warn you! :)

I have been updating every day. Wow. GO ME!! WOO!  My siblings have been driving me crazy! I have have 4, do you guys have siblings and if so, how much? Let me know!
