Quirk: Flashbang (or as you call it 'Hellen Keller')
User can temporarily blind and deafen a victim. User can only blind 15 people at a time(this can be improved with training). User can only deafen 10 people at time(this can be improved with training) When this happens a bright light will appear from the users body, quickly blinding its victims. Along with the light there is a loud boom that emitts from the user's hands. When controlled well the user may blind anyone with a single touch of the finger tip.
Drawbacks: over usage
When the quirk is over used the user will start to go def. with the more over exploitation the user will also start to go blind. At the quirks over all limit the user will be completely blind and deaf for around 5 hours.
Quirk heritage: Father
Your dad was the number 2 hero in America Flashbang. His quirk was the same as yours. He was extremely powerful, being the number 2 hero what would you expect. When you first got your quirk your dad was ecstatic. "OMG HONEY Y/N HAS MY QUIRK!! SHE HAS MY QUIRK!" That day your dad had practically begged you to let him help you use it.
