Chapter 1

Hello there, let me introduce you to Ally. She is not exactly over her ex. She has not done anything crazy, like carve her name into her thigh, but she has gone just a tad psycho. However, her ex, Nate, isn't exactly the type to get caught up in the past. She thinks he might be asexual, or he could have a terrible memory, she has no idea. All she knows is she loved someone, and she wants them back. Is she destroying her mental health? Yes. Her friends tell her constantly to move on, but she does not want all the time she spent with him to go to waste. She doesn't want the memories to be meaningless. But if she just accepted it and moved on, those memories would help her not make more mistakes and would actually benefit her in the long run, and would be the furthest thing from being in vain. But, you're here for a enemies to lovers fanfic, not a therapy session, and if I know one thing about people on Wattpad, it's that they need therapy and are deliberately avoiding it. So let us jump right in to where our story begins, middle school. 

Ally is not paying attention in school, but what else is new. They're on discord, messaging their friends. Friends like Gavin, Lili, and El. Gavin is a scrawny tall white boy with fluffy ramen noodle hair, and is the person who makes Ally the maddest, but that's because he calls her out. Lili is her only friend from real life. She also has shorter curly hair, but she has flavor unlike Gavin's un-spiced ass, in terms of hair, eyes, and skin. Her hair is typically in a high ponytail. El is a pale genderfluid bitch with a dark haired middle part that goes to around their nose. 

Ally and Gavin are having a calm discussion about Nate.

"dude, the guy you loved is gone" -G

"do i look like i care? no" -Ally replied, her temperature rising.

"ok well, theres always jogle ig lol" Gavin replied jokingly, knowing reason and logic would do nothing.

"WHAT" Ally then panicked and started spamming no. Gavin found this very funny

"he seems like he'll be a good husband wdym" Gavin jokingly replied

"nO" Ally hastily replied

"give me 5 good reasons hes better than nate" Gavin inquired 

"uhhhhh" Ally struggled to think, which was very common.

"he has a big nose so his pp is deff bigger than nates" It was a running joke that Nate's penis is small because he is 5'3", and the joke is that it cannot be that big because of proportions. Ally has no idea if this is true, and is too scared to ask.

"WHAT IM SOBBING" She responded.

"AJDFNALJDFNA" Gavin replied.

The conversation then took many turns, including pointing out how Ally is starting to mention Jogle a lot more than usual.

"I mean, you draw him more than you draw me, and he doesn't know you exist." Gavin pointed out, with only the slightest bit of envy because he really likes her art.

"YA OK AND IVE DRAWN NATE LIKE 2308567743024 TIMES" Ally was desperately trying to defend herself.

"ya, but you dated and you've known him since 2019, jogle doesnt know you exist and youve known him for all of a year or somn. plus you made his mask to cosplay and youve had multiple dreams about him." Gavin was starting to get on ally's nerves. Ally started getting very defensive.

"IVE HAD DREAMS WITH NATE TOO" She responded

"ya, but he always doesnt remember who u r, but jogle always knows" Gavin slyly replied

"NO EVERYTIME YOU ALWAYS RUN OFF WITH JOGLE, MAYB YOU TWO LIKE FUCK OR SOMN IDK" Ally was very flustered

"EW NO I DONT WANT THAT BIG HONKIN NOSE"

The conversation then drifted off into many, many topics. But Ally was never one to actually take into account the signs from the universe, and just ignored all her feelings. She did however, realize that she had some feelings to push down. Even if they aren't romantic, there was emotions tied to the name. She started to question herself, then immediately decided to push down her feelings and draw Nate.
