The Overnight

Lana's POV

Elton and Evan had walked over to a more quiet area to interview the girls and the older one's husband who's names were Autumn and Kimmi, kimm's husband is Luccas. Ember and I decided to take some pictures in front of the abandoned houses and old stores. Brandon and I took a few together. Then Corey and Corbin got in one. Then Ember and I took so many with each other. It was pretty fun.

After about 45 minutes, Elton, Evan and the three others made their way over to us five sitting in a circle by the RV talking about different things. We all stood up once they reached us and introduced ourselves to the three new people in front of us properly. I was the last to introduce myself, when Autumn asked if she could get a picture or two with me. I smiled brightly nodding my head.

"Of course hun come one. Evan will you be the photographer?" i asked and he smiled nodding grabbing my phone and the girl's.

"I would also love a group photo if that's okay with the others. At least before we head up" She spoke so softly and we all nodded with smiles. I took about 5 photos with her 2 of them having Brandon and then one having Ember and then 2 of just her and I. then we took about 3 group photos.

We finally were making our way to where the campsite was when we found the first one, Evan has been recording and we haven't heard anything weird yet and continued making our way up once Autumn, Kimmi, and Luccas told us where to go from here and left. We had all of our gear and made it up to the second campsite and began to set up as the sun was now going down pretty fast.

"So what shall we do first?" Elton asked and Corey spoke up

"We should do the rods, and the EMF meter." He said and we all nodded. "Lana you want the EMF or the rods?" He asked as he pulled the two items. I thought about it before grabbing the EMF.

"Are we doing the investigation here or down at the other one?" I asked and Elton looked like he was lost in thought.

"Well I was thinking there's what 7 of us? One girl per group and they get to pick who is with them?" He asked and we all nodded as EMber and I laughed. "Okay Ember you first."

"Hmm Corey" She said pretty quickly, and he smiled walking over to her.

"Elton" I said with a smile and he rushed to my side.

"Corbin" Ember said and he walked over to her and Corey.

"Brandon" I said and he smiled big and walked over to me standing on my other side while Evan filmed our two groups.

"So Evan you will be with Ember and them. I can record for our group. " Elton said. Evan made his way over to ember and the other two. "Alright us three will stay here and you four will go down there. We all have safety weapons correct?" Everyone nodded, "Okay so Because my sis does have a bit of an obsession with the dead we have 2 of almost all of our equipment now."

"Hey don't put it like that, it's not an obsession its a study" I said hitting him upside the head making everyone laugh as he rubbed his head.

"Ow asshole. Anyways here we go. I'll hollar for you guys in like 45 minutes?" Elton asked and they replied with an Okay and used their flashlights along with Evan's bright ass light to lead them down to the first campsite.

"Okay so I think I wanna use the EMF and the spirit box with the nose canceling headphones." I said and Brandon looked at me with amusement. Elton pointed the camera at me.

"And who will have the headphones on?" Brandon asked and Elton pointed at himself.

"I'll wear them you guys ask questions?" He looked at us and we nodded. I grabbed the tripod and set it up away from out little set up over to where elton was sitting and the other in front of where Brandon and I will be sitting. Elton grabbed the two camera's one being night vision the other being a full spectrum he was gonna use. We all got set up with our equipment and began filming. "Alright guys, so I am going to be putting on the sound proof headphones, we have the rem pod over by our tents and Lana has a EMF meter. They will be sitting by the tents whil I sit closer to the pathway. Here we go guys." Elton put the headphones on and we headed over to our spots and decided to stand instead of sit.
