Silas had a sanguine look on his face. "The police have found suspects and narrowed them down to 3. They match the profiling done on them. One of them was a girl." 

I clapped my hands in delight, that's was probably the first good news in a while. "That's great Silas! Will we catch him soon?"  I gushed the news was really exhilarating. Then I stopped to think about what he had just said... Girl? "Wait - girl?"

He nodded "The police can not just assume he is a man sky.  Also, I think I told you before but there's someone from the computer department in your university. Maybe you know anyone?" He tilted his head slightly.

My fingers scratched my chin as I thought about it for a while."Hmm not really... Maybe 2 or something? One was my previous reading club member and the other randomly just confessed out of nowhere. "

" Wait, confessed? Why didn't you tell me? It's really important to know everything, the police need all the details. No matter how small or stupid it might be, it might be a key for the police in their investigation. Another question was there someone who left the part-time recently in the cafe?" His brows creased slightly as he listened to me attentively.

I scratched my head and smiled sheepishly ." I didn't know it might be important, I had forgotten about it completely since it happened very long ago. He seemed like a nice guy anyway. The other I didn't meet him except maybe a few times. Hmmm no, all those who left were girls and it was long ago, like really long ago. I just don't understand why would a girl be in the suspects. The person who attacked me was a man, I'm sure. I even heard him when he attacked- it was definitelya a man." I tried to explain, this was insane. A girl?

"I believe you. It's hard to believe that a girl would carry such serial killings and it just doesn't make sense. John told me that we can't rule anything out, we never know. Regardless here's why I don't think it's a girl. The other suspects seem more plausible. One is a transfer student from Spain, I suspect him the most. The careless grammar and punctuation point to him."

He showed me the suspects, I've seen the men before but not the woman. The guys who confessed to me wasn't one of them either thank god. I would have been really creeped out.

I jumped in, " I have seen them before except the girl.... wait , Ah I think he's the club guy-that guy from spain. I agree, I don't know any girl in the computer faculty anyways, I'm sure. I even joined the cafe late, no one new came after me nor left."

Silas crossed his arms and looked in front of him. " We should drop that girl from the suspect list, it is hard to find a random person stalking you without contacting you first and try to attack you too. Not to mention a girl? I mean It is possible, but the suspect studies of men and women makes it kind of impossible in our situation.

"It's really important for the police to know every single detail. It's also important to not trust anyone right now scorpi0n can be closer than you think." His hand rubbed my arm to console me.

I laughed, "then I shouldn't trust you too." I smirked mischievously pushing him away lightly.

He laughed then came dangerously close to my face. " It's not possible when YOU are my 'alibi' and I am your witness. Trust me I'm the only one who you should trust right now. " 

My phone suddenly buzzed I had received some notification. My expression immediately changed, "it's him." Silas drifted his attention to the screen. The email said:

Ill protect u.

I cringed in disgust, I hated him, he will pay for all the crimes he did.

"It's okay let him be." He held my hands tightly.  I nodded "You know, I tried to block him many times but it was no use ... I'm glad I never replied to this monster, my reply and fear would have probably made him achieve his goals and make him get what he wants." 

" I'm proud of you for staying strong." Silas rubbed his thumb over my hands.

"What are we going to do now?  When will they catch him? " I asked curiously.

"Well, we kind of know who is the main suspect is, I'll look into the footage again and find any clue that might help in the investigation. If I do find that piece of evidence we will be able to catch him as soon as possible. Once I get that probable cause to believe he committed a felony, they will legally arrest him in public without a warrant. We just need to put our hands on concrete evidence." He tried to explain slowly so I can follow up with him.

"So we don't have enough evidence? But What if we caught him in the act?"
Curiosity was killing me.

He clarified further. "Yes. Police will arrest him without a warrant and it'll be used as concrete evidence."

"Then can't we just use me as bait? Police will be around me and -"

Silas cut me off with a sharp "No."
"It's too dangerous and risky, so stop speaking nonsense and let's go to the sunflower field, it's about time." He stood up leaving me behind. I decided not to argue now with him and got ready to leave with him, but I was determined to catch Scorpi0n more than he can imagine. I couldn't let other people fall victims to such a piece of trash.

We had arrived at the field and it was just mesmerising, absolutely breathtaking. No words can be put together to describe such a beautiful view. I was standing in front of a sea of yellow that moved swiftly ever so slightly with the wind.

"Silas this is beautiful! "

He looked at me with an unexplainable look in his eyes. " It sure is. " A small smile playing on his lips.

I walked around and took a deep breath of the clean air and exhaled slowly. I was just so happy I felt so carefree. Knowing that scorpi0n will be brought to justice made this moment even so much more worthwhile.

"Silas let's take a picture,"  I shouted calling him to come over there I was standing. I gestured with my hands for him to come.

He approached me with his phone in his hands and I heard a click. "Did you just take a picture of me?" I narrowed my eyes as I went to see his phone.

"Maybe" he held his phone behind him as he grinned like a mischievous child who did something wrong.   I tried to grab the phone from him but he swiftly dodged me and held the phone above him. " Silas!" I whined as I tried to reach it with no hope. He was taller and bigger than me. I smirked then attacked him with the evilest weapon- the tickles.

I tickled him as he crunched down laughing. "Silas! I dragged the A as I attacked him more. Suddenly as I was jumping to grab the phone from him we both lost balance and fell.  We both fell with a thud but I was on top of Silas. He pretty much cushioned the fall for me. 

" Ouch."  I whimpered. Silas groaned beneath me. "You okay?" He managed to say. I nodded my hesd, "yes". We both looked at each other and busted into laughter.  After we calmed down silas placed his thumps on my cheeks removing some dirt I would sssume.  His hands then went to my hair taming it down.

His expression changed a bit as his beautiful greenish eyes darkened. What he said next took me off guard.

" I really want to kiss you right now."
