Summary-
You are a police officer in Florida. You have a long distance relationship with Dr Spencer Reid from the BAU in Quantico Virginia. Today you found out that Spencer has a case here.

Immediately after you find out the news you call Spencer.

You pick up the phone and dial the Virginia area code and right as you do you get a call from the person you where just about to call.

You pick up.

Spencer- "Hey beautiful, how are you doing?"

Y/N- "I am good baby! How are you?"

Spencer- "Amazing. I wish I could see you soon."

You realize he doesn't know he's coming.
But you decide to not tell him because he will find out in a couple minutes.

Y/N- "Me to Spence, but I'm sure I'll see you soon. Maybe during my Spring break I can come to Virginia!"

Spencer- "I would love that Y/N. Oh crap I have a case. I gotta run, I love you baby!"

Y/N- Bye Spencer! I love you more please stay safe:)"

He blows a kiss to the phone and hangs up.

Little does he know he'll be seeing you in a couple hours

About a year ago Spencer came to Miami Florida for a case. Right when he came my eyes fell right on him. Before he left we exchanged numbers and ever since then we have called and FaceTimed every single day. He officially asked me out December 18 2019 and ever since then we have been dating. (that's just a random date idfk)

Approximately 20 minutes later you get a call from Spencer.

Y/N- "Hello?"

Spencer- "Y/N! I'm coming to Miami for a case! I get to see you! I'm so excited baby!"

Y/N-"I cant wait to see you Spence! Maybe you can ask your boss to take off the rest of the week and you can stay with me! I have the rest of the week off!"

Spencer- "Of course Y/N, I'll take one of my many vacation days. We need to go on the Jet now. Ill see you in about 3 hours sweetheart. I love you!"

Y/N- "I love you too Spencer."

You hang up the phone and immediately clean up your whole house. Even though you won't be working on the case with Spencer because your off this week, you are going to go to the station and see him. Hopefully the chief doesn't get mad! You put on one of Spencer's hoodies that he mailed all the way from Quantico on with sweatshorts. You put your hair in a side braid and throw on Air Force 1s.

You text the chief and ask if you can come see him when he comes just to be sure and of course she says yes. You always loved that lady.

-an hour later-

You get a text from the chief saying that they are here.

You grab your keys and practically run out of your one bedroom apartment in the middle of Miami Florida.

The drive is only 5 minutes
